Don’t expect anything fast
Billabong offers free shipping to Canada which has been a great incentive for me to shop with them because it is very rare to find online stores with affordable or free shipping but unfortunately this perk comes with a cost. Billabong shipping is incredibly slow so if you’re in any rush to get your package, I wouldn’t order from them. They will send an email that your item has shipped when in reality it isn’t even handed over to the delivery company for at least another week. My Billabong packages always take a minimum of two weeks to get to me which is very slow considering they ship from within Canada. I have never had any other issues with my orders but I will say the quality has gone way downhill compared to what it used to be. I would say the quality of most garments is comparable to Forever21 which is why I usually only buy things on sale.
NEVER BUY FROM BILLABONG
I have never had such a horrendous customer service experience. I returned an item in March, it was received at their shipping center in April, it is now June and I still have not received my refund. I’ve called costumer service 8 times now and get the same response every time “we’re sorry, the refund has been process and should be reflected in your account in 2-4 business days.” 2 months later, still no refund. When I filed a dispute against them, they claimed the merchandise was still in my possession even though I have months of customer service exchanges and proof of return/ refund processed. Now they are claiming the refund was issued on their end and the problem is with my bank. NEVER buy from billabong.

Hatte mir einen wirklich schönen Bikini bestellt. Nach drei mal Tragen sah das Unterteil furchtbar aus. Die Antwort vom Kundenservice war: “Es handelt sich hierbei um kein qualitatives Problem , sondern um eine gewöhnliche Abnutzungserscheinung des Artikels.”
Meine Negative Produktbewertung erscheint auf der Seite einfach nicht. Was für eine Frechheit!

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Auf keinen Fall im Sale bestellen! Die Artikel stehen viel länger online, als sie verfügbar sind. Wenn man dann nachfragt, dann bekommt man zwar schnell Antwort, aber es heißt auch, die Artikel seien schon verpackt und werden demnächst in den Versand übergeben. 4 Wochen später, immer noch kein Paket, hab ich nochmal geschrieben und gesagt, sie sollen jetzt endlich ehrlich sein und mir einfach sagen, dass die Bestellung nicht mehr kommt. Und so war’s dann auch. Da wurde mir endlich bestätigt, dass die Artikel ausverkauft sind. Bis dahin war es ein Bangen, ob die Ware kommt oder nicht, weil ich so langsam echt kein gutes Gefühl mehr hatte und Angst hatte, auf total Betrüger reingefallen zu sein, die irgendwann einfach so das Geld abziehen. Damit schließe ich mich den Bewertungen an, dass das im Sale nur Lockangebote sind, damit man dann noch was anderes bestellt. Außerdem am besten immer nur eine Größe bestellen und hoffen, dass sie lasst, siege Beiträge zu den Kosten für die Retoure.
Wenigstens, der Kundenservice hat schnell geantwortet und war freundlich.

Según veo, no soy al primero que le pasa. 14 días tiene la tienda para devolver el dinero tras solicitar el desistimiento. Según las siguientes directivas: "Directiva 1999/44/CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 25 de mayo de 1999" y la "Directiva 2011/83/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 25 de octubre de 2011"
Hace más de un mes que he realizado la devolución, y aproximadamente un mes que han recibido los paquetes. Incluso me he puesto en contacto con ellos hace 2 semanas, pero se limitan a invitarme a que siga esperando.
Tengo un amigo que compró sobre las mismas fechas, y está exactamente en la misma situación, por lo visto el consumidor no vale nada para ellos.
Actualmente, disputa abierta en PayPal, informándome sobre cómo reclamar a nivel europeo, y pensando en acudir a vías judiciales, porque es vergonzosa la situación.
Sin duda no volveré a comprar.

Ware bestellt, schnell geliefert. Musste für die Rücksendung 17 Euro nach Belgien bezahlen. Ware am 8.02.2022 in Belgien angekommen, heute (24.02.2022) noch immer keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Laut Kundenservice Verzögerung wegen technischer Probleme. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!
I love the clothing but fix fulfillment/returns please!
So I love the clothing and the style which is why I'm giving it 3 stars BUT there is serious work needed in the shipping/returns/customer service/fulfillment area. It's pretty much a regular thing to wait 2 weeks or more to get your shipment (I'm waiting for some sandals that will take two weeks right now). I did a return of two items and I was only credited for one item (called customer service and they fixed it but I shouldn't have to call). It took them 4 weeks to process the refund after they had the item in hand which seems a bit long. Customer service is overseas reps so be prepared for some language/understanding barriers if you call. At these prices you'd expect a bit more customer service in these areas. I'll still be a loyal customer as long as I enjoy the styles/clothing/vibe but I've had to adjust my expectations quite a bit.

Der Newsletter kommt mehrmals täglich und lässt sich trotz mehrfacher Abbestellung nicht mehr abbestellen und müllt das Postfach zu. NIE WIEDER werde ich da was bestellen! Ich wünschte, ich hätte die Bewertungen vom Billabong Shop vor meiner Bestellung gelesen...

Ponen en oferta artículos que no tienen en stock, y al día siguiente, después de hacer la compra y pagarlos, cuando esperas que te digan que ya está el pedido enviado, te mandan un correo disculpándose diciendo que no hay stock. Si reclamas, el servicio de atención al cliente te dice que es lo que hay. Un timo en toda regla para que entres y compres más cosas.

Very happy with the suit I bought. Have used it multiple times and it still holds up well and looks brand new. Woudl recommend!
not for intensive use
Unfortunately, after 1,5 intensive season my 5/4 mm wetsuit falls apart into pieces, my zipper broke after a few months of use. All the taped seams started to fall off after first season. The client service replies fast, but puts the blame on use and not the quality of materials.
