I ordered two dresses and two pairs of sandals for vacation. The dresses, so far, are fine. Although I’ve only worn them once each.
While on vacation, far from home, the first pair of sandals broke after walking maybe 20 feet in them. I posted a review to the website sharing this, they never posted it. The sandals were $50.
The second pair of sandals, the colour wore off them after two wears and super uncomfortable/cheap rubber. Again, they never posted my review to their site.
Billabong Company - no integrity …
Billabong Company customer service lacks integrity return shipping cost that customers have to pay instead of including a return label or ability to print one off is quit expensive cost to put onto the customer. Not worth a purchase then .. better to shop with someone else who wants return customers

Bad quality and experience
Ordered 7 items for the holidays, 2 never shipped and one was the wrong size. They don't offer exchanges, the only way to correct was to return the items and buy them again at a higher price. Customer service and supervisor didn't offer any way to help.

I purchased a couple of new mens Billabong tee's at boxing day sales. A black regular "Kamea Hawaii" tee and a black muscle "Regrets" tee. Great tee's. What I love about Billabong mens tee's is, the sizing, it's perfect, for me anyway. I'm a medium, a proper medium, not to baggy, not to tight, just right, so the tee's look fantastic on me. Perrrfect!!!

Dreadful! I received a order tracking number that was wrong so i couldn't track my order. When I enquired no one responded. 17 days after I ordered i received an email saying in getting a refund excluding the shipping when I didn't even know if my order was shipped in the first place?! Absolutely awful.. save yourself the headache and being out of money for no reason. Absolute scam.

Ich kann mich vom Newsletter nicht mehr abmelden. Mindestens einmal im Monat versucht, kriege dennoch 3 mal täglich Werbung vom Shop, was sehr nervig ist. Auch persönliche Email an den Datenschutzbeauftragten bringt nichts...
Bekomme mein Geld nicht zurück, Kundenservice reagiert nicht
Ich habe zwei Kleider bestellt. Es kamen jedoch eine Hose und ein Kleid an, die ich beide zurücksendete. Über E-Mail informierte ich den Kundenservice über die Fehllieferung. Trotzdem bekam ich nur von einem Kleid das Geld zurückerstattet. Ich habe nun den Kundenservice mehrmals kontaktiert, aber erhalte keine Rückmeldung. Wie kann ein Kundenservice nicht erreichbar sein und auf Anfragen nicht reagieren? EIne Telefonnummer gibt es nicht. Und mein Geld für das zweite Kleid habe ich bis heute nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. FINGER WEG!

De mal en peor…
Antes más o menos funcionaban bien, eso sí, ponían prendas a vender sin stock, te cobraban y de pronto recibías un mensaje que te devolvían el dinero porque no había stock. Esto dice muy poco bueno de una gran empresa que no sabe gestionar sus unidades disponibles, cuando cualquier programa de gestión de mercancías on-line no te deja vender algo si no hay unidades…
Las devoluciones a veces podían hacerse largas, pero desde este verano, es increíble que no atiendan ni por teléfono, los correos electrónicos no sean respondidos, y que estemos esperando por el reembolso de prendas devueltas, que hace bastantes semanas que recibieron, e incumplan su propio procedimiento debidamente publicado en su web. No lo recomiendo…

What an effin joke billabong Australia. took bloody over a month and myself checking in on what had happened on my issue before a got a resolution.First, delivery is bloody slow despite being an australian brand in Australia. Second, customer service and mind you FOLLOW UP which is most important for clients is bloody poor hey.👎🏽SAVE yourself, DO NOT ORDER from the billabong.au website coz you'll get one of the poorest customer care in Australia in terms of follow through and getting to the bottom of an issue. Thirdly, the local shop in town is better at customer service than this bloody big company. What a shame.

Surprised to find out that the free shipping does not mean free return as well. Never had this before with online shops who do free shipping. Typical money hungry company that externalizes all the risk to the customer. Learned my lesson!

Ik heb recent een order geplaatst die niet werd verstuurd. Meerdere malen contact met de klantenservice gehad, maar kreeg standaard e-mails dat de artikelen later zou worden verstuurd. Na een paar weken is de bestelling volledig geannuleerd.

Llevo 8 días esperando y ni siquiera se ha enviado el pedido, como otros casos te insisten en que esperes más, solicitas cancelar el pedido y no contestan, en fin una empresa terriblemente gestionada.
