I suspected the service would be more…
I suspected the service would be more than I expected as I cycle my bike everyday and with the recent endless wet weather, it was not in the best condition. Booking my bike in is always easy. Responses I get are prompt and very sympathetic to the fact that it was going to cost more than anticipated but necessary. Bike was delivered back with a smile! Riding it the next day was like being on a new but familiar bike. It has been a dream to commute to and from work since that service!

Unfortunately the left crank wasn't…
Unfortunately the left crank wasn't tightened properly at the initial service meaning it came loose- luckily managed to get it back on in the right position and limp to work. When reported the service was very quick and I've now got the bike back (with a new crank) so all is well

Made good a 2nd hand bicycle and im so happy with the results, been out on my bicycle alot more now

Good service .pick up and drop off is…
Good service .pick up and drop off is very handy. Bike looked like new when returned and feels much better to ride.
The only issued i had were that communication for pick up and drop off were not so good. I did not know the bike had been picked up of dropped off until i got home .

We do text an hour time slot on the morning of every collection and delivery - but we are always looking to improve so will look into the possibility of collection/delivery alerts. Watch this space!

The service was excellent. Bike Hero is easy to use: the bike was picked up and returned on the agreed dates. The price was reasonable and the dealings with Bike Hero were friendly

My Specialized service
My Specialized mountain bike need a service and I looked around on line and found Bike Hero.
From booking the service to the collection of the bike the service provided was fantastic.
I leave on a block of flats with no lift and the person who return the bike back carried up the stairs because I wasn’t home.
Thank you for the great service provided and everything else keep up the good work I will definitely recommend you to anyone.

Excellent service and comm
Excellent collection/ delivery, especially handy as I was hit in a a hit and run accident and my bike was going nowhere.
Given time slots for collection and return.
Given a full explanation/ quote.
Bike now rides better than ever. I wish I could get fixed as quickly after the accident. Will now be investing in cameras and insurance
