Had such a bad time with them.
The earrings with pendants break so often, the customer services sends you a video and tells you to fix them yourself! Absolutely disgusting for a pair of new earrings.
They were uncommunicative and unhelpful and honestly I won't ever shop there again. Such a time and money suck.

AVOID!!!!! Ordered a pair of earrings in Cyber Week - arrived damaged. Emailed customer service, who eventually got back to me, to say that the terms and conditions state there is nothing I can do.
So they basically sell you broken tutt, then hide behind their terms and conditions. It’s a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – Section 31 - specifically ‘A trader cannot exclude or restrict liability where goods are not of satisfactory quality or are faulty’, therefore I strongly urge you to claim a chargeback via your bank or credit card company if you find yourself in the same position.

I Purchased gold plated huggie earrings as a Xmas present, they were worn infrequently and we followed all care instructions. The earrings are now badly tarnished, we sent photos as evidence and because it’s outside of their 45 day returns policy they’ve offered nothing. No comment when I asked if this is their normal standard and no inclination to offer any sort of solution. They Finished the email offering zero help or apology for their low quality product, saying ‘I hope you have a lovely rest of your day’ - no thanks to you. I won’t be buying from them again as quality and customer care is clearly lacking.

Bought a ticket for the London pop up on Saturday. Ticket was sold on the basis that cost was redeemable in store on the day. Now they are saying the ticket price is not redeemable. Surely this is fraudulent? You can’t advertise terms and then change them after purchase.

My daughter received 4 bangles for Christmas. 2 of the bangles some of the gems have fallen out. Emailed customer service and no response. My daughter is really upset. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Got a necklace, charm and FREE earrings! Literally so cute!! Also ordered from another jewellery brand: Scandivv. The quality is unmatched compared to Scandivv and so cute! I'm so confused what the bad reviews are about, it came super quick and the packaging!! SOO CUTE. I LITERALLY CANT THEY R SO CUTE WHAT. RECOMEND FULLY IF U WANNA LOOK LIKE AN IT GIRL!!

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. I spent £60 on a bracelet and some earrings for my daughter’s birthday. The quality is shockingly bad, the jewellery looks so cheap and one of the gems fell out immediately. Please don’t waste your money. Customer service is appalling too, they really don’t care and wouldn’t offer me anything for a faulty bracelet. Never ever buying from them again.

I had a really disappointing experience…
I had a really disappointing experience with Bijoux de Mimi at their pop-up event. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely judged and unseen. The customer service was not only rude but invasive as well. They asked personal questions that felt uncomfortable and, when I politely declined to have my photo taken, they questioned me about it in a way that made me feel even more awkward.

To make matters worse, the Cosmia Turquoise earrings I previously purchased, which I had never worn in water, started to rust, and the clasp broke after only a few uses. It’s clear that the quality of these pieces doesn't justify the price, and I regret spending my money on them. Definitely won't be returning or recommending this brand to anyone.
