Hayley is amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of the service and information provided by bijou baby. Hayley is incredibly knowledgeable on both current and previous car seat models. She listened to the features that are important to me and advised on how to ensure I bought something that was appropriate and cost effective (i.e would see my toddler through til booster seat age).
I was so impressed by the consultation I was given over the phone that I drove over an hour and a half to the gorgeous shop in Romsey to try out the seats. This was another excellent, high quality experience. Hayley worked with my toddler to try out the seats, all the while providing a wealth of information including the pros and cons of various car seat models. We tried the chosen seat in our car and she helped with hints and tips to ensure the best possible fit for my model of car.
It doesn't stop there, the after sales service was also exemplary; on receiving the seat we needed a bit more advice on fitting. We got instant support and were able to share videos and receive them too via WhatsApp.
I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience and feel confident that we have got the car seat that absolutely suits our needs the best thanks to the advice and support we received from Bijou Baby.

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend to any parent! Hayley was so lovely and took all the time needed to explain everything to me, answer my questions and try out the car seats I was looking at. She installed in my car to show how easy it was and talked me through how to do it. From start to finish 10/10 experience! Also was super sweet about my little one crawling all around the shop!

Second car seat purchased from Hayley and I wouldn't go anywhere else for them. Her knowledge is fantastic and she offers a wide range of choices. She's also reassuring for parents who have been using ERF seats and are now moving their kids into HBBs. Also, the new shop is very swanky!
