Unfortunately, your cancellation request was received after your order had already been dispatched from our warehouse and was out for delivery. At that stage, our Customer Service team advised that, if you no longer required the order, you could refuse the delivery so that the courier could return it directly to us.
Once we received confirmation that the delivery had been refused and returned, we processed a full refund to your original payment method. If you haven't already received it, the funds should appear in your account shortly, depending on your payment provider.
We apologise again for any disappointment this experience may have caused and are pleased that this matter has now been resolved.

Terrible customer service
Ordered a dining table and chairs, table dispatched at a separate time from the chairs with no communication from the company. Chairs arrived separately and found to be a totally different (horrible) material to what I had ordered. Emailed the company to highlight the issue and had no response for well over a week even though they state that respond within 24 hours. Live chat does not work as stated on the website of the 8-3 hours Monday to Friday and no contact number available. Do not order from this company.

Item i received was great. Excellent value for money. Customer services were great and prompt to respond and refund. Courier was awful. Lost 2 items i ordered and shipped the other item which was in two boxes on two separate days.

I ordered a shoe cabinet but came with missing part
I ordered a shoe cabinet
The quality is good at least it’s real rattan not like other cheap plastics
Unfortunately one hinge misssing so can’t hung one drawer up
It’s quite annoying to found out a part missing after I built also it’s quite complicated to build the furniture compare to other brand shoe cabinet
