Leider haben in beiden Bussen bei über der Hälfte der Plätze die Kopfhörer nicht funktioniert. Fein wäre auch die Möglichkeit die Burg und Citadelle mit einem Eintagesticket zu buchen.

I have used Big Bus Tour on many occasions in lots of different cities and have found them to be a first class service however Big Bus Tours in Budapest was far from good. On our first day of the tour the bus was on a limited route and we were not told this prior to booking. The commentary on the bus was very limited as compared to other cities we have experienced in the passed. Also the river cruise which was included in our pass was always full and therefore they had to turn people away so I think they need to cater for demand.

No answer from customer service to my email. Ciutadel tour not running but no refund given. Bus doesn’t stop at bus stop while we ate waiting. Nobody available to scan my ticket bought online so no earphones received so no explanations...

We bought the three-day ticket and on the first day we waited 40 minutes for the bus, so we thought we might have made a mistake. But after that we never waited more than 10-15 minutes and were able to complete all the routes comfortably and quickly. So in the end we were happy with the package, which offered a chance to see a lot of Budapest with little effort.

One of the best way to explore Budapest.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the buses were clean and the headsets worked well with clear descriptions in English.
Greek language also included.
I booked the 3 days ticket with the Danube river cruise and the night tour included and I had an amazing experience.
Make sure you have downloaded the application to your phone.You can track where the buses are and loads of extra info on Budapest.
The WiFi service was great because it allowed us to access the internet and calling without an international calling plan.
Highly recommended if you're visiting Budapest.

Honestly, our experience in Vienna was great but not so much in Budapest. The top floor seats had earphone inputs that did not work. It was completely useless because we had no idea what we were looking at or the history behind it. That was a huge bummer. Additionally, the buses ran late so a lot of our day was spent waiting instead of touring. I was very disappointed - as have had better service the last time I toured in Budapest. Maybe this was the wrong company to go with...

Budapest is beautiful and this is an excellent way to see it.

Bus tour and buses are good. But the ships that are included in the premium ticket are not good. They were too crowded and don’t have many open air seats with good view. That was disappointing.

There was a strike/ demonstration/ race - was never able to confirm- and the Big Bus buses stopped running. No update on their website OR mobile app. Their employees all had gone home. Wasted 30 mins. until a representative from another company informed us of the situation.

The frequency was not every 15 minutes, the Sitadella tour never got placed, the driver never stopped at the National museum.

Es la mejor manera de conocer una ciudad. Autobuses nuevos y limpìos, pesonal amable, recorrido perfecto por toda la ciudad con parada en los lugares emblemáticos. Precio muy asequible.

We enjoyed very much the bus trips with Big Bus Tours. There was a big variouties of tours and one could see very nice the different places in Budapest. The service was very well.

One point we really would ask to change. The buses stop already at about 6pm and we found it too early. It would be very good if the time of the buses would be extended at least until 8pm or even 10pm.
