Great service, a good way to find out where everything is , and a little bit of history about Abu Dhabi, two routes, very helpfull staff, the night tour was very nice.

Warning, don't get caught out, I bought my ticket for five days, widely advertised as valid for 6 months. I used it for a couple of days, then took 4 days out attending the F1, when I went to use it again, shock horror, it had expired !! The very small print (aka terms and conditions) state 'consecutive days'.
I lost out, I paid for trips I didn't take. When I asked various staff, their ability to understand English was lost !! The fact that they advertise valid for 6 months is false.
I feel I was conned and the staff/company don't care.

Die grüne Tour raus zur Ferrari Word fährt nur alle 1,5 h das finde ich einen zu großen Abstand ansonsten alles Topppppp

We only had 2 full days in Abu Dhabi & decided to take the Big Bus Tour to explore the city. We took the Premium Tour from Marina Mall, the lady staff there was friendly & very helpful & advised us accordingly about the tour (I think her name is Anafe). Since our 2nd day was a Friday (some attractions closed on Fridays), she advised us to complete all the attractions on the red line on the 1st day & to take the Dhow cruise & cover the green line on the 2nd day (which we did & satisfied about it). On the 2nd day when we took the green line, the bus driver Mr Murugan is also very helpful & guide us for the YAS Island tour (as we were also short of time that day & started the green line only after 3pm). Overall we are satisfied with the services rendered & it's the best way to explore the city.
Only one thing I wish to recommend to improve the tour, may be the company should cut some of the unpopular routes.

Ich kann es nur empfehlen . Es sind gut Fahrer ,freundlich und zuvorkommend, die sich durch die Innenstadt schlängeln . Man kann an jeder Haltestelle aussteigen und wenn man mit der Besichtigung fertig ist ,nimmt man den nächsten Roten Bus .
Für mich sehr gut um in 3 Stunden einen schnellen Überblick zu erhalten .

Inadequate information

Did not get whats advertised on the website....different brochures at different sites...learning many exclusions at the last moment. Also running time of some attractions is during off peak hours, which makes the tour quite uninteresting. Extra charges applicable for even water onboard.

We have had a very nice tour with your Hop on Hop off tour in Abu Dhabi.
We have'nt time for the green tour but next time we come to Abu Dhabi we sure make also the green tour.

It was hard to find the stop that I planned to start from.

This was a very good tour but I wish the longer route would be divided into two to create a total of 3 bus routes. As a result of the longer tour, we had to repeat 4 stops three days in a row which was a waste of time. Yes, we could have taken a cab but that begins to get expensive.

The drivers as well as the staff at the kiosks were all exceptional... always willing to go the extra mile.

Beware it gets tricky when you want to upgrade your ticket and expand the bus tour: we were originally told to upgrade before my ticket expired but the next morning a manager attempted to shut us down with a resounding no. All staff were under the impression that as long as you upgraded your ticket before your bus ticket expired you were good to go.

After about an hour of back-and-forth with a manager on the phone and on a bus, we were finally able to upgrade our Abu Dhabi ticket to 7 days, but he forced us to purchase Dubai as well. We were planning on purchasing Dubai but this left a bad taste in my mouth because this was never part of the deal.

The manager was professional to us but seemed heavy handed to the workers and I did not like this at all.

A class above other HOHO services around the world. Everything worked, buses well maintained and clean and service excellent, with employees present on many of the stops. Buses even ran pretty much on time, but may be a bit different in peak traffic conditions and in the tourist season.

Fridge full of free water bottles was a nice touch and appreciated

Only criticism was the price, which we considered a bit excessive for the service offered, which may explain the lower numbers of people using the service

The staff who attend to customers both on the bus and at the stops are so welcoming and both ready and able to give advice about bus timings and suggestions.A lady at the Marina Mall stop at 11.30 am on October 3rd, when I joined the bus for the first time, on my 2 day pass was particularly friendly and helpful and was a great first impression ambassador for Big Bus Tours Abu Dhabi.

Excellent tour showing us so much of Abu Dhabi. All the staff we met were very polite & extremely helpful. The commentary was clear & interesting & finishing the day with the dhow cruise was delightful.

Great experience, really enjoyed it. Water was available all the time, what was really important. Nice people. Could have more language options.

Die Routenfrequenz ist zu niedrig. Die grüne Route fährt nur alle zwei Stunden, die rote Route einmal pro Stunde. Dies ist leider nicht ausreichend, da die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Stopps) sehr weit auseinanderliegen. Es müsste einen Inner Circle geben, der am Besten die Gegenrichtung bedient. Positiv ist das Angebot von Mineralwasser an Bord, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Really wonderful and comfortable experience. We could stop over wherever we wanted. Infact we missed the Dhow cruise the previous day and we were given a chance to still do it the next morning.
Live audio very clear and informative. For new visitors to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, this is strongly recommended. The tour bus drivers and guides were helpful and kind.
Thanks Big Bus, we would like to get on board again!!!!

Nice tours, friendly stuff. Only the hours of operation should be longer.
