My experience with Bifold Shop has been…
My experience with Bifold Shop has been disappointing overall, primarily due to the number of quality issues encountered after installation.
We ordered flush casement windows, but when the products arrived, only some of the windows were the correct flush casement specification. Others arrived as standard casement windows and had already been installed before the issue was identified. In addition, several windows arrived damaged and required remedial work.
The problems did not stop there. Within eight months of installation, every window required hinge replacements because they were not opening and operating correctly. The bifold door hinges also failed, and our front door (supplied through one of Bifold Shop's manufacturers) required a replacement lock within six months.
To be fair, the company has generally been willing to resolve the issues, and I cannot fault them for eventually sending engineers and replacement parts. However, the sheer volume of problems on what should have been a premium installation is unacceptable.
The window hinge issues alone have been ongoing for more than four months. During that time, engineers have attended with the wrong hinges, insufficient quantities of hinges, or parts that were unsuitable for the repair, resulting in repeated appointments and further delays.
The most frustrating aspect is that while the after-sales team has tried to help, customers should not have to deal with this many defects and repeated remedial visits so soon after installation. When investing a significant amount of money in new windows, doors and bifolds, you expect them to work properly from day one.
In summary, the sales process was good and issues have eventually been addressed, but the quality of the products and the amount of aftercare required have left me very disappointed. I would think carefully before purchasing again.

Helpful company from the Sales department to the fitters. Nice range of products to suit different price ranges, and best of all - no heavy selling. We chose Origin doors and windows and new Regency triple glass. Good quality product. Fitters arrived on time and did a really good job, and were very pleasant throughout. Very Happy with the result!

The team at the Bifold shop are brilliant, I can’t say it any simpler than that.
Several years ago, we had doors fitted by another company and for the last 12months I have been trying to find someone in the North West who could come and sort an issue with a lock. All the other companies I contacted said they “could not help as they did not fit the doors”, a real frustration – but not the team at the Bifold shop based in Cheltenham.
From the initial contact with Cherie in the after-care team to Matt, who turned up bang on time and sorted everything out the entire experience has been easy and very positive.
I wish I had found these guys 12 months ago and they are now my “go to”.
If you are thinking of getting Bi Folds or need something maintaining I would just go straight to the team at Bifold Doors.

after an issue with our locking mechanism, Bifoldshop were so accommodating and professional in getting to resolve the issue. What we had: 4-pane folding doors with internal blinds; french doors and bay windows with internal blinds; floor to ceiling asymetrical window; front door and side windows.
Assessment: Bifoldshop helped us through difficult remedial work after a disasterout experience with a third party firm. Bifoldshop provided top quality products and used efficient online contracts/payment systems. Their installers were timely, friendly and professional throughout, and the office communicated effectively through the entire process. As a result, we enjoyed a refreshingly straight forward experience and have exactly the functionality and finish required.

I had bifold amd patio door custom made. Lovely quality , doors look stunning and of a very high quality amd standard.
Slick service, the surveyor that did the initial survey was top class and clearly knew what he was doing. Once you pay the initial payment the doors were made in 4 weeks. The team that came and fitted the doors were excellent and extremely professional.I would definitely use this company again.

We used the Bifold shop for bifold door and a large window installation on our refurbishment, and then again separately for our front door.
I only have good things to say about all 3 installations.
The showroom and sales staff are great, as are the guys that come out and do the installation. Very polite, friendly and professional.
Great products, competitively priced and installed to a high standard, with excellent communication throughout the entire process, including brilliant after care.
If you are on the fence and wondering who to go with, I would just say don't overthink it and give the Bifold shop a go. We did just that and certainly do not regret it.
