I have sent 2 emails about my seat and have had no response.

Very bad so far. They took my money but didn’t ship the product. After 5 days I wrote to inquire. A day later I received a reply that the model I ordered was not in stock and they asked if I wanted a different model. I replied immediately with a different model request but 2 days later I am waiting for a reply.

Well, I ordered a week ago and have yet to hear anything regarding shipping. I emailed the company in the wee hours of this morning and as of yet over 12 hours later still haven’t gotten a reply. I can’t say that I’m overly impressed so far. I needed that bicycle seat about now so I guess I’ll have to find someone else to buy it from.

I have a LANOS X bike that literally had me where I could not sit comfortably after a 45 minute workout. No other US based place had the width for the stock seat. Shipping was great and now I can work out !! WIN WIN Thank you !

After finding the BicycleSeats.com on-line, the specific 'saddle cover' for my large exercise bicycle seat was easy to find and easy to order. It arrived in a very reasonable time frame.

Being a Canadian customer, I understand it’s a small market, but your shipping via USPS took 10 days and I had to go to the local Canada Post outlet to pickup.
It was also over 50 bucks to ship one seat and an adaptor, while I believe US shipping would have been free.
Perhaps you should look into using UPS or Fed Ex as they ship to Canada and know the “drill”. Maybe they would be a cheaper option

It arrived early and fit perfectly. I’m going to have to drill a hole all of the way through to put a shoulder bolt in it to keep the seat support, that is part of the bike itself, from falling down. For some reason, even though I make sure it catches, it seams to come loose and while I’m riding it falls down, with me on it?

My emailed question to BicycleSeats.com was answered promptly, and the resulting order arrived very quickly. The sheepskin seat cover we ordered is of a nice quality and fit our Electra Townie women's bike.

It is strange that I am asked to review a product that has yet to ship. It has been 12 days since my order.

Great seat. It’s very comfortable, but the pin stripe began to wear after the very first use. 4 rides later and it looks even worse. I don’t know if it was an old seat, but this is the only place I could find it. Seems to help tailbone pain somewhat, but I’m still healing from my old seat.

The gel seat fits my Moto Tec electric trike seat perfectly. I need a pad for it because of comfort, and this solved the issue perfectly.

Ordering on the website was easy. Don't know if the seat covers are made in US or imported, but I thought it took a little too long for the order to arrive. The quality of the seat covers is very good. They fit the seat tight so they will stay in place and are quite comfortable.
