First and foremost, the functionality of the software was terrible. It was riddled with bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies that made it virtually unusable. Tasks that should have been simple became time-consuming chores, and the promised features were either nonexistent or barely functional. This whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did bhuman fail to deliver on its promises, but its lack of accountability and customer service made matters even worse. I strongly advise anyone considering this software to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and frustration – this is truly the worst experience I've ever had with a software company.

I run a ecom store and decided to try BHuman. Setting up my persona clone was not too hard, and it started working right away. The AI chats with customers and answers their questions, which saves me a lot of time. Most customers seem to like it, but a few have said it's a bit robotic especially the voice in Spanish. Their live chat is helpful. but sometimes it takes a while to get a response when the developers need to took into an issue. Overall, it's a good tool, especially if you're busy and need help talking to customers.

The product is excellent. I was looking for something to help me send personalised emails in a custom automation, and I was able to do that easily with Make. The quality of the videos is impressive, and whilst not perfect yet (but I suspect this will change as AI growth continues to accelerate) its an absolutely amazing product.

I bought the full version which allows me to do 200 videos monthly which is fine for now, but I expect to scale that up.

Creating your own persona or video is actually pretty easy and intuitive.

But what really impressed me was the customer service. I had one of the team assist me in setting up a full automation using Zapier, which id also integrated into another custom automation on Make.com.

Would love to see further integration with other platforms like Make.

From a software perspective, the product is terrible. Please don't waste your time uploading videos and trialling the software.

From a customer service point of view, it is even worse.

Signed up for a trial, and cancelled the trial after realising the software is terrible - but they proceeded to charge me for 6 months straight unknowingly.

Once I found out, they refused to provide a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

I remember when they started this project and frankly, it wasn't a great experience. BUT they have improved a lot. As soon as I logged back in last week I saw how many new features they've created, it's an amazing step forward in terms of development. It scales quickly. I understand there may be some bugs, but give them some time and you'll realize it's a great product and team.

I have purchased this app for the second time only to be met again with bad results. This time I signed up for a Google Meet where oh surprise, we were a group.

The first impression I got from the man who attended us, was that of an unfriendly watchman who treats you badly as if he was doing you a favor.

When I explained to him that I followed all the steps I had said in the meeting and that I got TERRIBLE results, he started shooting me with a series of assumptions of how I was supposed to have made a mistake.

When I showed him the video and saw that none of them were true, he started saying nonsense like "your client's name is too long". Pedro is too long, I mean, if you have a client named Jessica, don't even think about putting her on an automated list because it's going to look like the girl from the exorcist is invoking your client.

If there is something more than a buggy app, it is a buggy app that does not recognize itself as such and treats its clients above men. I would pay 5 premium memberships to give less than 100 tacos to such unpresentable companies.

Awful product. This is far from production ready and should not be used at all. They will charge you multiple times and not refund purchases. I would avoid at all costs.

I have bought countless apps as a quest for the perfect sales/marketing tools. Bhuman is an amazing app with features far more advanced than the other apps I've bought. Don't waste your money trying to get a personalized video tool for your campaign. This app is it. My quest ended here.

The speeches are amazing. The support is second to none. Lots of tutorials to learn, which is a plus.

The experience of learning a new platform is never easy but the support and responses from the online line support chat were exceptional. It made the learning curve much faster.

The product is really bad, there are no easy instructions. It freezes. The idea is great but the product is bad. I am suspicious about the 5 star reviews as the experience I have had is that is does not work.

This should be a great product. But it fundamentally doesn't work.

I originally gave a 5 star review, but after months of trying to persevere, I've come to the conclusion that it's a great concept, poorly executed.

The Zapier + Pabbly integration doesn't work, the connection times out before a video is made. Uploading via CSV doesn't work, you'll get 1-3 successful for every 30-50 uploaded.

I've spent so much of my time going to support, and they just pass it onto the developers and I never hear anything again.

I have just cancelled my subscription, but I will happily have my mind changed. If one of the team over at Bhuman can reach out to me with the email you have on your system, and fix all of these product problems, I will not only continue my subscription, I'll upgrade it, and look to go to an enterprise plan in the near future. And I will be happy to amend my review accordingly.

But I've dedicated too much of my time to making this work, and I really shouldn't have to.

This product is unbelievable. I used to spend 50-60% of my time sending customised videos to prospects... and now it can be done for me, and there is literally 0 difference! That's 30 hours per week that I can now use doing other tasks!

Being 100% honest, the UI can be a little glitchy at times, but when the product works this well I can't have too many complaints.

I recently started using bhuman.ai to generate and share personalized videos at scale, and I'm absolutely amazed with the results! The AI technology is incredibly cutting edge and makes it easy to make videos that are highly engaging and eye-catching. The customer service is also top-notch, they have always been extremely responsive and helpful when I have questions.
