Great help getting me up and running with no fuss

Zack contacted me immediately and within 10 minutes had a quote for me which was perfect for my needs. He was extremely friendly and polite and also professional and kept me informed with changes etc and saved me £1,000 from my original insurance renewal quote. So still with same insurance company but just by contacting a broker got a better policy for £1,000 cheaper. Policy sorted and will definitely use again.

When I called BG Insurance, I spoke with Jack. He was quick and straight‑to‑the‑point, and even helped me work through a couple of decisions where he could. At one point, he politely declined a suggestion and clearly explained that he wasn’t authorised to make that choice for me. He also kept the conversation friendly and light with a little humour along the way.
This is now my third time using them — I found them quite by chance, after my previous insurer was very rude over the phone — and I’m really glad I switched.

Spencer took me through the process very well and phoned me back straight away when the call was disconnected half way though which was a relief.

My premium was cheaper than last year! 😁The only problem I had was with my mobile company Labara telling me it was a premium number and wouldn't allow me to call. Just didn't call directly. I couldn't make any sense of it as it was an 01 number and should have been included in my package. 🤔
