Thank you - great shop, great people...
Ian (and Ross...) have been simply brilliant in making me aware of the whole 'BTL' experience and I am now looking forward to playing fabulous and varied music with great equipment purchased from the shop - and Ian has been most understanding in having to return a set of speakers because they simply won't fit into a new lounge design. Thank you.

Beginner guitar player
Excellent customer service, my order arrived on time as stated, I was updated regularly on the progress of my order. I cannot review the quality of the strings as I am new to the guitar and have not even put the strings on my Tanglewood yet. Overall I would recommend this seller...
