couldn’t recommend enough, Dan from better driving training was an amazing instructor got me through my test passed first time with zero minor faults i’ve always been a anxious driver but he put me at ease from our first lesson always reliable, flexible and on time thankyou Dan !

I used Better Driver training in maidstone and was lucky enough to get Rob as an instructor, after trying a number of times to get test ready I finally passed, I cant thank Rob enough he was knowledgeable, patient and most importantly understood what I needed as a student

We were struggling to find an instructor with availability but Simon was able to take our son on and start straight away. Our son did really well and passed his test first time! Simon was very calm and encouraging and great communication. Would highly recommend!

I had been learning for a year without an instructor, and when I began lessons weeks before my test, Rob patiently taught me what was expected in the driving test and the habits I should stop vs the habits I should get used to doing! He also helped me understand road systems better and actually feel confident driving them. I'm really grateful as I wouldn't have passed the test otherwise.

I never thought I’d be able to drive, I’m 30 and always been an anxious passenger. I was recommended Pete by a family friend, starting lessons with him was the best thing I ever did! I told Pete I have autism & ADHD, he knew exactly how to prompt me whilst driving and explained everything in a way that meant I not only understood, but meant I came away from each lesson so upbeat and LOVED driving! To be honest, I felt like Stirling Moss after a couple of lessons. I learned so much every lesson. There were no ‘silly questions’, and it’s clear Pete loves what he does. He is so encouraging and a real cheerleader. When there were areas to work on, he doesn’t come to you with criticism, he comes to you with a plan, and you know that by the next lesson you’ll be a pro in whatever challenge it was (country lanes for me). I’m so happy I passed, equally gutted to be finished with my lessons as they were really enjoyable.

I would recommend Pete to absolutely everyone. If you’re reading this looking for the right instructor for you, perhaps you’re an anxious 1st time driver too or have something like autism or dyslexia etc, look no further than Pete. You won’t find better.

Peter has been an amazing driving instructor, he is encouraging and very patient throughout every lesson. He explained everything clearly and helped build my confidence on the road from day one. Thanks to his teaching, I felt fully prepared for my test.

Simon Smith from Better Driving was my instructor and he was incredibly patient, kind, enthusiastic and encouraging. I thoroughly enjoyed my time learning to drive with him and would highly recommend!

John taught our teenage son to drive and he passed first time . This is entirely down to John’s patience and expert instruction. His communication was excellent. Every week he reported on our son’s progress and things to work on.As a parent , I found this really useful when it came giving him practise driving . I would highly recommend him .

I’d been learning for two years and never saw myself driving until I met Danielle, she was an incredible instructor, so patient and supportive, genuinely helpful every step of the way. She teaches you everything you need to know about driving even after your test which is hard to find. I couldn’t have passed without her. The whole team were lovely.

I passed today with Andy, back at the start i was sure i wanted to change from manual to automatic. but i carried on learning manual and he made it so enjoyable learning to drive and reduced any stress i had about my test or making mistakes in lessons etc. I now feel confident in my driving!!!

I had Peter as an instructor with Better Driver Training and I just passed first time with no previous driving experience. I was nervous to start driving and Peter was a great instructor to have with a safety first mindset and a calm and patient way of explaining everything. Wish I could leave 10 stars! Our son passed 1st time with John Buss at Sevenoaks and several of his friends have passed 1st time with him too before him. He is incredibly patient with the teens and has a great balance of teaching them to be safe, careful drivers but setting them at ease at the same time, they all rate him 👌🏼 communication with us as parents was good too if he felt there were things needing more attention or focus, his long expertise on the road means he is big on driving safety and not just getting them to ‘pass their test’. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks John!

Rob was nothing short of excellent, super supportive along the way and has a really good method of teaching. I highly recommend him and Better Driving Training to anyone wanting to learn how to drive.

I had a great experience learning to drive with Peter. He is patient, professional, and explains everything clearly, which really helped build my confidence on the road. Peter always gave useful feedback and focused on the areas I needed to improve, helping me progress quickly. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive driving instructor.

After struggling to find a reliable instructor for about half a year, I was just about to give up on driving right until I received a response from BDT in August of last year. Simon was a breath of fresh air, being extremely patient and friendly but also not afraid to be stern when he needed to. He was also able to clearly explain to me where I was lacking and how I could improve and how far away I was from reaching test level. It's because of him that I was able to blow past so many of my boundaries & fears on the road and pass my test first time. Genuinely cannot recommend enough, would give six stars if trustpilot allowed.

I couldn't recommend Dani enough. She is amazing and got me to pass first time after over 10 years of trying to learn to drive. The key was her teaching me to drive and not just to pass my test which has given me the confidence I needed after all these years. I really appreciated the patient, calm, friendly but gentle encouragement approach of her teaching.

Mark Challis was an absolutely amazing instructor! He is very calm, kind and empathetic while teaching and helped me improve a lot with manoeuvres, roundabouts and general driving! Really would recommend, it was a great experience and couldn't have asked for a better instructor, he helped me pass first time with no faults!
