Very good moving head light. The Betopper BSW200 is well made, easy to use, and the lighting effects are very nice.

The gobos are clean and effective, with good brightness and a good visual result for events, shows, and stage lighting. The unit is easy to set up and can be controlled via DMX. I also use it with QLC+, and it works well for creating scenes, chases, movements, and live control.

The package is complete and includes:

* 1 power cable
* 1 DMX cable
* 1 safety cable
* 1 mounting bracket
* 1 user manual

Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It offers good performance, nice effects, and easy operation for stage and event lighting.

I recently used the Betopper CLB260 moving head for an event. The product is incredibly well-made, and its performance is truly impressive, easily comparable to much more expensive and famous brands in the lighting industry.
Unfortunately, after just one gig, the unit completely died and wouldn't turn back on, suggesting a blown power supply. I contacted Betopper's customer support and explained the situation. I was fully expecting them to just send me the replacement parts so I could fix it myself. Instead, after just a brief exchange, they went above and beyond and offered to replace the entire broken machine with a brand new one!
It's rare to see a company stand behind their products like this. I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of the light and the exceptional customer care. Highly recommended!

Le service client est remarquable. J’ai fait l’acquisition de deux projecteurs dont l’un présentait un dysfonctionnement. J’ai contacté le service client par e-mail ; j’ai obtenu une réponse dès le lendemain. On m’a demandé de réaliser une vidéo permettant d’identifier le problème. Cette vidéo a été visionnée très rapidement et on m’a aussitôt proposé de remplacer sans frais le matériel défectueux. Service rapide et efficace. Par ailleurs, le matériel s’est avéré conforme à mes attentes.

These are quality products at a very competitive price and with excellent functionality. I own many units of various models and I'm still buying more. Without a doubt, for many reasons, it's the best option.

Betopper's customer service reps are amazing! I had a light not functioning as intended and after discussing the issue they sent me a new one free of charge as a replacement. Highly recommend buying from them and direct from their website for the best prices too!

I purchased now 4 Betopper lpc 1818 led floods. First can I say how well the product is robust and of sound construction. They have also improved the amber and yellow leds which make way for better colour mixing and being able to obtain a more natural light. I had a problem with the order which I have to say was .y own stupid fault but contacted their support team and it has now been rectified so after sales support I have to give them 5 stars.
