Two CLB260-O 9R one issue solved quickly
I bought two CLB260-O 9R. The small fixture cuts through haze and is able to compete effortless with the 700 watt short arc lamps in my set. In addition to its limited size it is valuable tool.
There was one issue hss the dimming of the two lamps was not identical. Reported this to Betopper. They requested to provide a video of the issue. After I have send it to them it took a few days to get a solution, but they kept me well informed about the progress. They send me an instruction video that was created by the tech department with very clear instructions. I was able to resolve the issue myself and now everything is perfect.

Customer Service Amazing
Their customer service line is amazing, one of my DJ lights stopped working out of nowhere and it was frustrating, but they instantly sent me a new one after verifying the issue. Amazing customer service.
