I wish to have better RTP.. that's all...

This site is really bad deposited 40 pound won 250 try withdrawl told I had to put deposit other 100 pound to get the withdrawl then play 250 on big bass on 60p skate not one bonus stay again guys from this site BETFOX

Allowed me to deposit money using a CREDIT CARD ( which is banned in the UK) 2 months ago, then promised me a refund and still haven't got my money back. Absolute sham of an organisation and needs their licensing suspended.

Thought this Casino was just like any other. I deposited and played and won 300 pound and requested a withdrawal as I didn't want to lose all this. They said it takes between 72 hours and 15 business days. Now they are saying 300 does not meet their terms and conditions and have refused to pay me . My 300 pound was showing as withdrawal pending and now it's back as funds to play with. I'm upset and annoyed

Do not play here they will steal your money gave me my first 500 withdrawal but when it was time for my second they said my identication didn't match and then accussed me of money laundering in order not to pay the other 500 which by the way is the minimum and maximum go figure so I'm on a mission to let someone know every day about these clowns

In compliance with anti-money laundering and other gaming regulations to which we are subject and after carefully reviewing your case, since the verification of your documentation has failed. This situation has led us to take the decision to close the account and confiscate the winnings according to T&C 3.1. numeral a.

We are very sorry for this situation, but we must strictly comply with the regulations to ensure a safe and transparent gaming environment.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Excellent site would not change you tried the rest know try the best

Excellent site very friendly

I wish i had read these reviews before i started using this horrendous site but, as an addict i didn't think that far ahead. I was suckered in by promotions that hardly paid out and then find that when i tried to self exclude, chat wad no help and emails have been left unanswered for almost 2 months. This site also bypasses gamstop which i have installed which (in hindsight) should tell you all you need to know about them. As for withdrawls you can forget it as you can only withdraw a minimum of £500 which you are hardly ever going to get too playing £1 spins and verification process looks like it is designed to never let you pass their outrageous process. Please avoid like the plague

I am surprised by the number of bots that this fraudulent casino sponsors to scam more people
I have been playing for several months in this casino whose minimum withdrawal is 500 usd, generally withdrawals take between 7 and 15 days, but on December 18 I made a withdrawal of 500 usd and a few days later another withdrawal of 500 but I continued playing with 240 usd in the same account
Days passed and I had to write to support to help me, they responded that I had to do a verification which I had already done before and had already verified correctly (selfie-type photo with your ID, etc.) but this time they asked me. for more documents such as my birth certificate, a selfie photo with my identification document, a document that proves that I have a job and therefore a salary, a receipt for which service is in my name.
which I provide correctly, which are:
-original birth certificate
-selfie photo with my ID
-data from the same bank where my employment status is shown
-my phone bill
all real data etc. I don't have multi-accounts and I never bet against them and they still blocked my account for alleged fraud. The worst thing is that there are people who advertise this fraudulent casino.

I actually think this casino site is a great site with some good game.
I think the odds off winning are really good and I actually win sometimes but the only downer is not the min £500 withdrawal it’s how long it takes to get the withdrawal if it’s faster then you would play more.
Customer support is awesome and they respond and help straight away.
BetFoxx just pay your withdrawals faster and you would probably get more players playing more often.
I would give them a 9/10

Don’t Play on this site ! They have robbed me of my winnings because it was not £500 or more even though they let you deposit £20 a time . You can’t withdraw and if you start to win the server goes down.. Absolutely the worst online casino

This casino is by far the worst casino EVER. I have never come across such a ridiculous rigged site in my life. Games are a complete joke! Slots carry nothing but abysmal amount of dead spins, and trying to trigger a bonus on these slots is ludicrous. Don't register with this site, you have been warned!! Scammers!!!

Awesome online casino with great games and sports betaling.

If you have questions they will help you right away with livechat.

Sister site of SPICY JACKPOTS ltd,SCAM!
Betwin NV , rubbish. Do not pay winnings

Do not touch this website, proper cowboy site. Lures you in with special offers and free spins etc but its awful trying to win, you just spin and spin and spin, with the odd little wins. But the worse part is the customer service and responsible gambling sections. You just try leave. I have requested numerous times for account closure and just get ignored. If you are lucky enough to get through to the online chat they say you have to email support, you email support and nobody ever responds to your email. You can self exclude, close account, nothing. Joke of a cowboy site, give this the widest berth and use your money on more responsible and fair sites

BY FAR THE WORST...NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN.....YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW AN AMOUNT OF BELOW 500 POUNDS..ABSOLUTELY JOKE OF A COMPANY...GLAD I WAS NOT A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM .....

So i eventually got my winnings, after waiting 3 weeks, so thanks very much for that, the only thing thats stoping me from depositing is the 500 min 500 max senario, could imagine thats what will put everybody else of, betfoxx you need to change the withdraw method as its all wrong, its stoppin me from playing on your site,

Read Ts and Cs VERY carefully. All of them. Can only withdraw £500, no more, no less. Cannot withdraw more than 2.5x your total deposit. If you have only deposited once you can only withdraw 15x that deposit, But remember your withdrawal has to be £500 exactly. All deposits have to be wagered at least once according to chat but 3x according to terms. JUST DO NOT USE. Same with slotsamigo.
