I waited over 5 weeks for a basic KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Every time I uploaded documents, they’d either say it was “under review” for days or find some excuse to reject them. It’s clearly intentional. They’re stalling to wear you down, hoping you’ll give up or lose your winnings.

Avoid at all cost. You cannot close your account even after multiple requests via chat and email. Upon my reading through Google reviews it appears to be a scam site with multiple bad customer experience it should closed down from what I experienced and read about this site.

After 4 weeks of waiting for my £500 to come through my bank I sent several documents for verification and today all of the sudden they decided to take my £500 and close my account

Was going to join then read their T&Cs and glad I did. You can only withdraw 500 and that's the most you can do, if you win 1000 you can't withdraw it. Come on this is the biggest worst scam site I've ever known. Don't put a penny on. You've been warned.
