Total scam. I canceled it before the "free" week was over, received a confirmation of the cancellation, then 2 weeks later was charged $40 for a month. Contacted support, which is essentially an AI bot taught to offer you 2 years free. When you decline, you are told their terms and conditions say online orders can't be canceled. I eventually got my credit card to refund the payment, but it's better to stay away entirely.

Do not use this company at all - complete con and they steal your money through deceptive pricing

Scam. Bestpdf.com not only fraudently debited my account for a subscription I did not authorise, but tried to get me to give them my full card number again.

Scammers. I paid 98p for a pictures to be made clearer. No mention of other monies being taken. Today they have taken £39.95! I haven’t used any services again or signed up. Disgraceful. And the picture is still blurry. Not worth getting involved with this company at all.

They don't do anything to your PDF and get you into a monthly subscription without your knowledge.

This company is scam, too. I accidentally provided my card number to it and now it automatically charges me every week and I can not find a way to delete my information. Whenever I tried to log in my account, it said "oop the link is expired". The result is I have to cancel my card and requested a new card.

Avoid this company! Shady billing practises justified in the fine print that is hidden. When you try to get your money back, all you get are “bot“ email responses explaining that you are now being made an exclusive offer of two years for free… when they already have your money for one year! In all the back-and-forth, they never talk about a reimbursement. Way too much hassle.

This company BESTpdf.com ripped me off for $79.00. I purchased 2 pdf for $1.94 and they put me on a subscription service. The account they robbed is for a small nonprofit. They need to be deplatformed,

Highly deceptive billing practices. I was charged for a membership I did not knowingly sign up for after making what appeared to be a one-time payment. When I asked for a refund, support pushed back and tried to avoid reimbursing me. This feels like a trap, not a legitimate customer experience. Use extreme caution with this company.

La mia esperienza è stata negativa come le altre lette nelle recensioni: pensavo di aver acquistato un servizio (che non mi è stato dato) a 0.95 e poi mi è arrivato l'addebito per l'abbonamento con una tariffa mensile di 39.95. Ho bloccato l'annullamento e ho aperto la pratica su PayPal che nel giro di 10 minuti l'ha chiusa dicendomi che verrò rimborsata per l'intera somma, l'accredito andrà sulla carta nexi collegata a Pay Pal nel gior di 2-3 giorni.

A real SCAMMER! The fucntion is fake, multiple payment has been issued without consent.

Alerte consommateurs – abonnement caché
J’ai acheté un document ponctuel pour 1,95 € sur THE BEST PDF. Le site a ensuite prélevé 39,95 € sans mon consentement clair.
Même après remboursement par ma banque, PayPal a débité mon compte. Les mentions d’abonnement sont quasi invisibles. Soyez prudents !

Absolute International thieves, unfortunately I received no support from PayPal after 10 years with them, to get my scammed £39.95 back; and I have reported them to the Cyprus police.

like i said do not even buy a 2 dollar pdf from this website and this is how they scam you. I got scammed because i wanted to remove watermarks and paid 2 euros to download my sheet, but it automatically took 40 euros from my account and I emailed customer care but there is no human and only an AI robot whom repeatedly says the same thing and refuses to refund my money back and I have not even used this service, such a scam and I am only a student and I am so low on funds that I cannot even purchase my books. dont go for this this is such a scam

I should have looked this seller up on Trustpilot first. Total rip off.

Avoid “The Best PDF” – Misleading and Deceptive
I recently tried “The Best PDF” after searching for a free PDF compressor. The tool appeared completely free at first and prominently advertised strong compression ratios that matched exactly what I needed.
However, after uploading my file and completing the compression process, I was suddenly taken to a download page where payment was required. Only then did the pricing appear. I decided to go with their one-time payment plan for unlimited uses within one week. After paying, I downloaded the compressed file, only to find that the actual compression ratio was far below what was shown before payment — nowhere near the promised standard.
Feeling suspicious, I re-uploaded the same file to test it again. Once the compression finished, I was once again prompted to pay before I could download the file. At this point, it became clear that I had been deceived.
This tool uses very obvious bait-and-switch tactics. It lures users in with promises of high compression and seemingly free service, only to introduce payment barriers after the work is done — and even then, it fails to deliver on the advertised results.
I strongly recommend others to stay away from “The Best PDF” and avoid wasting time and money. There are much more transparent and honest PDF compression tools available.

Stole my money.

Do not use this company. They deceptively enroll you in recurring charges. BestPDF charges continue even when you think you have cancelled your subscription. The cancellation process is intentionally difficult, and the customer service tries not to let you cancel and tries even harder not to refund any fraudulent charges. There are evil Pakistani scammers that are more legitimate than BestPDF.

I've used best pdf only for one translation and not recognized that's a subcription.
I canceled immediately my CC and applied for a new one.
Also I informed my lawyer. For me those people are crminals!!!
