I wish I read the reviews about this company. They really are out here scamming mystery shoppers. I did a shop and they just complety went ghost on me.No email response, no payment,shop was not even on my dashboard anymore! Or was as is it didn't exist. They are sooo unprofessional! They are by far are the worst I have experienced.

They don't pay unless you hound them relentlessly. You jump through hoops to complete assignments to meet their standards and often lay out expense money to complete the assignments only to get stiffed!!! If you do complain, they will "fire" you. There are other honest mystery shopping sites-not this one!

If I could give no stars I would. Have not been paid for shop assignments i completed. Today I was supposed to be paid per their pending date. Well same as other today came and is almost over and no payment and no way to get in touch with anyone. Stay away from this company, do not waste your time or your gas going to stores because they will not payout in the end.

Just like in the previous posts, I have not been paid. I am still waiting on a payment from a shop in August. I have written three emails and they haven't responded to any of them. How are they still in business?

They are low paying anyways, so don't do it. SeeLevel is great, they pay quickly, two weeks after the shop is completed, sometimes quicker.

Although I have enjoyed being a mystery shopper, Bestmark isn't the company to do it with. I completed my last shop on 8/29/22. I paid $318 out of pocket. Reimbursement for the shop was only $300, which I was aware of. I have been waiting patiently to receive my money back and the payment date keeps getting pushed back. First it was 10/20/22, then 11/20/22 and lastly 12/20/22. I have been emailing relentlessly and was sent an email (finally) that the payment has been processed but I have yet to get the money in my account. According to their policies and guidelines, shoppers should be paid 4 to 6 weeks after completion of a shop. I have NEVER been paid on time. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with. I have rarely gotten an email back whether or not it is about pay or a question or problem about a shop but you better believe if you don't respond back to them quickly, they will cancel your job and/or not pay even if the job is done. If I could give no stars, I would.

Bestmark.com was a great company to work with for decades. However, they have not paid me for any shops completed and approved since August 2022. The website said payment would be November 20, 2022. When that date hit, it was changed to December 20, 2022. All email inquiries about payments are ignored.

I did two secret shops at $30 a piece, I took the time and submitted my surveys and receipts. It’s been 3 months and each time I reach out to them they say, I will get paid the following estimated date. The first date was 8/30 then 9/20 then 10/15 then 10/20 all the dates have passed. Each time I email them it’s the same story. You will receive your funds on the next estimated date. They do not pay out so don’t waste your time on these as by the time you get the money the need is gone.

Its been two months and i still haven't gotten paid. I did many assignments but two specifically I paid for the orders upfront expecting to be reimbursed and never was so im out over 400 dollars. They won't pay you. Don't do it!

They are extremely slow in paying. I've waited over a month and have not been paid despite a number of emails. Their website says that have processed payment on 6/8 and it still has not hit my bank. On two other shops their website says expected payment 6/15 and here it is 6/21 and nothing. If you are thinking of doing this to supplement your income don't risk it.

I did my first secret shopper and I was so excited. I got to try out these new car washes that are coming up where you do the boom work yourself (vaccuming and cleaning the inside). They are huge and new. Well I was supposed to get 20.00 plus the 20.00 back that it cost to do the car wash. Well, I did the survey when I finished the secret shopper and I submitted my receipt and everything. It took me a month to get paid and I only got the twenty dollars for the car wash. Not the twenty that I was supposed to get paid for the secret shop. I am completely disgusted and let down. They lied and I guess I should be grateful I got my twenty back for the car wash. Sad Sad Sad
