Ordered an ice cube machine in November 202p and when checking the invoice they charged $5.99 for a plastic mug i didn't want, but received it anyway.
Contacted seller and they said it may be lost and will resend. Now they are saying that it was delivered on 2nd February.
Have raised a dispute with paypal and fortunately receiving a refund

No response from the company at all total waste of time got sent a plastic mug worth about 10 p and 2 what is probably worth pound never buy anything from Faceb Facebook I getting themselves a bad reputation they need to do something or people will go elsewhere, pay by card so managed to get my money back

I have given Bestkca one star, only because there isn't a minus!! I ordered an ice maker, to which I received a plastic mug! Probably worthy 50c. I have noticed others in this same position! Once again I ordered something from Facebook, which never pans out! So my advice to anyone NEVER ORDER FROM FACEBOOK!! Luckily I went through PayPal and got my $51 dollars back. BESTKCA ARE NOTHING BUT CHEATING ROGUES!! PayPal need to not take people's money when they order from this so called sight! Very angry unsatisfied customer 😡

SCAM. I thought I was Ordering an Ice Machine.As the advertisement was saying that it produced 50 ice cubes in 10 Minutes.When this Plastic Cup Arrived I did not have a clue where this came from.Contacted the seller stating that I had not received my order and was told that the CUP was delivered.Paid £29.98. For a Plastic Cup.Contacted PayPal and was One of the Lucky ones to get my money back.Should Not be Allowed to Advertise on Facebook or PayPal. This Website should be Shut Down.

BEWARE....this company was on FB and they are a total scam. Ad was a special 2 for price of 1 Ice Cube makers. $84 Canadian funds. Ordered on Dec 1 2020 - received 2 cheap plastic clear mugs not even worth 50 cents each, plus they arrived 6 weeks after order. That way they have had your money long after the scam. FB needs to check their sponsored ads or BLOCK them. I will NEVER make another purchase on FB. Lesson learned the hard way.

I order 2 ice makers for 65.97 and they sended me two plastic cups!!

Back in May 2020 I purchased what was to be flame torch lights and by July and numerous follow-up contacts I received what they called lawn lights which were like I had purchased for $! at the Dollar store and Bestkca charged me $70.46 for 12 lights and that was discounted so I paid $5.87 each which would be a good price for the torch lights but the ones received were listed for $4.99 each which I would not have purchased at that price. Many communications with PayPal and the company refuse to admit they sent the wrong ones but finally PayPal got approval for me to send them back and the company would provide a full refund so on July 27, 2020 I mailed the package back according to instructions from PayPal just as I had received it and to this day I have not received my money back and it cost me $27.75 postage to send them back. PayPal will not provide help and neither will Discover card as I have to provide them proof that the company received the package. January 7, 2021, I sent another email to Bestkca and they have not responded. Discover was to help but I found out on January 7 they had not even contacted the company and had recharged my account for the $70.46. Never order from this company as they will rip you off.

Ordered a ice making machine and received a plastic beer mug not worth £1. Contacted both Pal Pal and the company which also trade under the name of Woolf Roderick. Pay Pal are trying to get the refund.. fingers crossed. The company Woolf Roderick have said there Ice Machine was actually $299.99 and the plastic mug was $29.99. I’ve checked the advertising several times and there’s no mention of the mug and the figure of $299.99 is no where to be seen. They have emailed me several times to say I’m wrong. Then they said I could return the item at my expense.... but will not give me an address or a reference number. Under no circumstances should you “ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FIRM or the company’s BESTKCA or WOOLF RODERICK”

wish i looked on here before purchasing. Paid 59.00 for 2 small ice makers advertised on facebook's marketplace. WHAT A SCAM. i filed a not received complaint with paypal cause their china tracking number is fake. all of a sudden after escalating it 2 weeks later, i get and got a canada post tracking number from marham, on. i got package today and yet 2 small plastic beer cups. doesnt look like an ice maker at all... scam. Now time to see if i ever will get my money back. only an hour from markham, think ill knock on their door. 70 gibson dr. unit 7 markham, on. l3r4c2

This place is horrible!!
They sent the wrong lights to me so I returned them and ordered the correct ones. That was in August and I have not received a refund as of today. I realize I won't get a refund now.
The ones I received the second time are so cheaply made only one of the lights light up.
This place should be shutdown due to bad business!!

RIPPED OFF! Brought a 'crystal snowman wonderland figurine' through Facebook on the 30th November. What i've received today is a small window sticker of the figurine, which costs no more than a £1. Tried to email this company to complain through the email address provided from the receipt, email returned as address no longer available. So angry and upset, can't believe I've been conned!

This company if thats what you call scum deserve 10 yrs in the jail robbing rats but my bank is onto them for fraud dirty beasts would con there own family

I ordered a item that when delivered was nothing like the same product. The problem is that I ordered from QNKF which did not appear to have bad reviews but only when billed did I realise that it was Bestkca a dodgy company. I have started PayPal complaint but looking at other reviews not holding my breath. Looking at going down the legal route as that is my background. It is not about the money but the fact that this is Fraud.

This company should be taken off all platforms. Total SCAM. They advertised a car tool kit for $31.98 which I ordered. I received a box of plastic clips worth no more than $2...They've refused a refund unless I send it back which would cost most of the value (and they clearly know this) and PayPal don't resolve anything. Daylight robbery. They might as well walk into my bank and take the money without any questions being asked. Absolutely no morals or standards. WHY CAN'T YOU JUST DO THE RIGHT THING?.. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.!!!!!

This company is sneaky and not trustworthy. I got ripped off for over $100. Trust me. Never buy from them. What you order is not what you get.

Do not trust this company! I had a similar experience to others here, paid £55 back in May, did not receive anything, whenever I contacted Bestkca they would just send a tracking number, I took up this case with PayPal, as soon as I did my tracking number showed as expired, it has taken some time, but I received my money back from PayPal today thankfully, I will never order anything via Facebook again, but it has given me faith in PayPal

Don’t buy from this company! They have found a loophole to make money off of people by a bait and switch game they are playing. Don’t wait for PayPal to come to the rescue either. They kept extending their decision to the point where I would have lost the chance to dispute it with my Credit card company. I switched to my CC company in the dispute and sent them my rebuttal, showed pictures of what was ordered and what was actually sent, that the company ignored my requests to return the items sent and I also provided consumer complaints on this company for additional support. My CC Company (Capital One) has given me back full credit. So don’t let this foreign company take your hard earned money! 👍

I was totally scammed by this company. They sent me dollar store solar lights instead of the flaming torches. Tried to put in a claim with paypal to help get my money back and they denied my claim. I am putting an appeal in because this company is fraudulent. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I got scammed by Bestkca. My flaming solar didn't look nothing like what I ordered. They are those lights that you get from Everything's a Dollar store. I disputed it with PayPal but that was useless. Take it from a victim and save your money.

I was scammed as well. Flame touch lights off Facebook. Received dollar tree lights PayPal says if I return the item I will be fully refunded. Not sure how much it will cost to ship to china. 😡
