After an initial problem with the confirmation email not arriving, one phone call sorted it out, a very pleasant young lady dealt with the issue. Items arrived very quickly. Overall I am quite satisfied with the service received.

Very efficient
Very efficient. I had to phone to check something and I spoke to a person straight away, who dealt with the query and reassured me that all was well. Brilliant. Delivery was very quick and ahead of schedule.

They failed to deliver on the Friday as I waited in. The device itself is bit low. I ware a hearing aid. My overhead phones is far superior. U dint have any chat support n I wont fone a premium number
