Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
With more than 45 000 registered Estate Agents in South Africa, it can be very difficult to choose the right one to sell your home. Best Agent is a website for property sellers to find the best estate agents in their area. We collect data from actual property sales and use this information to rank estate agents according to the number of properties sold by them in a specific area. Now you can see who the top estate agents are in your area so you can make an informed decision. All registered Estate Agents can join Best Agent and capture their property sales on our system. We verify all sales and once the particular property has been transferred from the seller to the buyer at the Deeds Office, we incorporate it into our data. This way, you can be sure that the sales recorded on Best Agent actually happened, are independently verified and the data around the sales are accurate. Now you can choose the best agent to sell your property, based on actual past performance and results in your specific area.

I was at first quite apprehensive to join yet another property website with an issued log in and password detail, however found the competent and friendly staff at best agent, refreshing to deal with and also navigating the tools on their "easy to load platform" greatly beneficial for my canvassing campaigns that resulted in more trust and ultimately more mandates for me to sell. All in all, I can highly recommend the guys from best agent, as they are well on their way to making a good footprint in this industry that are fought with unregulated "fly by night" operations. Kudos to best agent and wish them all the successes that will be revealed timeously....

Helping estate agents
Such an easy to use website. As a coveyancer I've been able to help Estate agents who deserve the recognition and when I verify their sales I help them to be recognized and validated. Thanks Best Agent
