We verify all sales and once the particular property has been transferred from the seller to the buyer at the Deeds Office, we incorporate it into our data. This way, you can be sure that the sales recorded on Best Agent actually happened, are independently verified and the data around the sales are accurate. Now you can choose the best agent to sell your property, based on actual past performance and results in your specific area.

False information and Money driven concept.
It's a great concept but wrong intentions. I discovered that the agents you see first are not the best agents as they suggest but rather the agents who pay and subscribe to be at the top no matter their rating. Is that not the opposite of what the site promises?
When i requested a valuation from the agent I wanted, it took her 3 days to get back to me and she explained that if she does not pay like those agents who appear at the top, she cannot view my request for 3 days. They withheld my information. How is that in service of the user? I almost thought she was just a bad agent but now i feel bad knowing it was the site i decided to use that made her appear that way.
I do not think i will use this ever again and I would recommend you think twice before trusting this site or at the very least, double check the information they give you.

Dear Anonymous, firstly the agent that took 3 days to contact you had the option to access your information sooner, if they chose to subscribe. They chose to rather wait for 3 days rather than paying for the extra services we provide. They get their first 3 valuation requests for free so this agent would have already used all their free credits and again chose to rather wait. Secondly we display the subscribing agents first, and show very clearly what their ranking is on the platform. Being verified does not influence your overall ranking. They get displayed first because we have verified their FFC credentials which is not a free service and would always recommend sellers to rather use a verified agent than an agent not verified. They also get other benefits for subscribing. In future we would recommend to also ask a verified agent to contact you, you can then be rest assured of fast and ethical service. In future please provide a name and contact number so we may contact you and clarify any misconceptions.
