Great subscription box with better customer service
I've been a loyal bespoke post customer going on 3 years now and I have nothing negative to say.
The boxes are always something interesting even on the times I've forgotten to swap it and gotten a random box. Usually they send me something I can really use or they work well as gifts. The products themselves are decent quality. I had a set of headphones from them that I used in the gym for 2 years. They still work but I've since upgraded to the boompods (Which is also a bespoke box)
I've spoken with their customer service 3-5 times over the course of my tenure and every single time they've come through and helped me out. Whether it be moving and forgetting to swap my address, forgetting to swap my box or forgetting to pause my subscription on months I cant afford it. They've always done the right thing and helped me out. Most places now a days don't have empathy or commitment to their customers but I can easily say Bespoke post has some of the best customer service. I wish they'd show my insurance company how to act.

Fixed in under 2 minutes
Through a small hiccup, my box was sent to an address I haven’t been at in 6 years. I ordered last night, got the tracking number today, and called them to fix it today. The call took about 2 minutes in total from the time I hit dial to the time the operator (named Heather) and I got off the phone. I have worked in call centers. This fix was fast and accurate. Impressive.

The products are usually great quality, which is important to me. When one failed (glass broke in first use), I reported it because I was surprised. They were quick to get back to me and handled it professionally and all around made it easy.

The Best!!!
Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Extremely professional and polite along with a CRAZY FAST response time. There’s no hoops you have to jump through and they’re always asking if there is anything else they can do. Awesome!

Excellent Customer Service!
I am moving out of my apartment but will be traveling for work for months before settling in a new home.My current box is already on the way and would be almost impossible to retrieve once I'm gone. However, I was able to reach bespoke customer service immediately and was offered a resolution to my issue that was more than satisfactory. Also, they have always been very accommodating and the products that Bespoke offers have been excellent. I am a Bespoke Post fan for life!

I had a delivery issue and emailed support on a Sunday. Response time was just a couple of hours (I was expecting sometime on Monday!). They understood the issue, offered a solution and by Monday evening a replacement item was on the way. I already love the products, so its wonderful to know that the customer support is just as wonderful!

Love their monthly subscription and…
Love their monthly subscription and usualy use the items for gifts for my husband, dad, and sons, but I forgot to skip a month recently and I didnt need any gift items. I reached out as soon as I saw the pending charge and they promptly canceled the order for me no questions asked and were really nice about it, even though it was my fault that I forgot to skip. Excellent company and customer service!

Not recommended for the traders
There was my account with bespoke.I was trading on it very slowly and sensible methods, But when I was thinking to withdraw a payout from the account,the bespoke team considered violation of a rule which is not confirmed that which rule I didn't follow.Althouth after that issue I sent alot of emails in reply to tell me which rule have broken by me but they didn't a single reply.
The goods are rarely worth the price
I sparingly used their services, as the goods didn't match what $50 in value looks like to me, the two or so "boxes" I let be shipped were nice but you had to be vigilant and pause every month. I decided to cancel because I was tired of pausing every month. They shipped a box without any of the lead up messages the next month and charged me, now I'm stuck doing a return and it's been over 30 days and I haven't gotten a refund, customer service just stopped replying to me
Edit: they received the return on the 20th and then only processed the refund after I emailed them asking why they hadn't on the 30th

Good products and better service
The gifts I purchased arrived on time and in great condition, but that's not the best thing about the company- it's their service. A service rep. named Jan quickly responded to an order inquiry I had (changing sizes on a product), and was able to process and sort everything out in the span of 60-ish minutes. They were incredibly friendly, told me to have a "fantastic week," and thanked me for their own services. I've seen some negative reviews regarding this company's service, but from my two experiences (another one while I ordered), they are prompt and very kind people. I'll definitely buy again.

I was charged 60$ without any knowledge and for a kitchen knife a notebook and a pen lol . Then before it was shipped I asked to cancel the order because the money was taken out of my rent and was told I can't lol they don't care if my kids needed to eat
today lol they only make it harder on your end so you keep thep piece of sh** box and they make their money
