Bespoke Law Services Anmeldelser

Excellence from start to finish.
I had not heard of Bespoke Law but was enticed by a proactive communication from their new business colleague.
The format is personal, a named solicitor and assistant, they were always available and responded to calls and emails swiftly.
Beyond this they have taken out the time delays so often experienced by gathering all required information even down to a signed contract held to order, we were ready to exchange in 3 weeks.
Very thorough and detailed with no gapping holes of advice.
We were looked after by Lillian Fisher and Ella Penny, both were beyond expectation in a world of mediocre service.

Sophie and Rosie were great. Made our very first experience smooth sailing and were in contact constantly with every update. Highly recommend.

After having to change solicitors due to lack of communication, Bespoke Law Services were amazing. My team Joe and Samantha made sure I was kept up to date, answered all my questions and processed my case very efficiently. I am super happy with my dealings with Bespoke Law Services and highly recommend them.

Laura Guy recently handled my house sale and I have no hesitation in recommending her services. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously. I was slightly apprehensive using an online conveyancing service but I found all the staff I dealt with at Bespoke Law services to be friendly, helpful and the utmost professionals.

I was kindly assisted by Sophie and Rosie on the purchase of a property. They worked together seamlessly as a team and were responsive to my questions, as well as being proactive with sell-side to ensure that there were no unnecessary delays. In sum, Bespoke Law are to be highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Bespoke Law, looked after by Joe, Samantha & Claudia. Really helpful with the purchase of our first home, and assisted us throughout the whole process (twice!)

The team seemed very professional but also very friendly, especially over the phone. They were always very happy to explain things via email when needed and we felt like they were the more proactive out of our solicitors and the seller's solicitors. The team seemed very knowledgeable and we didn't get the dreaded "dealing with solicitors" feeling! Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling as they were also very decently priced. Our buying process did take a while (around 5 months) despite no chain, however this was due to the seller's solicitors and not the Bespoke Law Services team.

Personally want to give a big thanks to Lois and Claudia who were amazing from start to finish, i completed in under 2 months from when the offer was accepted! They were great to deal with and had very quick replies! As a first time buyer i am so happy that i picked Bespoke Law Services, they guided me though it seamlessly, would recommend!!!

Lois and Claudia were simply brilliant! Always quick to respond to emails and calls and ensured our sale and purchase went very quickly. Thoroughly delighted with the service!

After a rather protracted sale period, I just want to say thank you for the service provided during my recent property sale.

I’d like to specifically thank, Michael Sanderson and Tizzy Littleproud for excellent service. Documentation was sent quickly and efficiently making it easy to deal with from my side. Patience was also shown with the other side dragging things out. Very professional, polite service and good value. I fully intend using you again and will recommend to others.

Second time using Bespoke Law Services, first was a purchase, this time was a sale and corresponding purchase. In a long drawn out process, as it entailed a purchase of a new build property where finished dates were constantly pushed back, Joe and his assistants made a very stressful time a lot easier for us. Communication throughout was excellent and despite the lengthy delays, it all ended with simultaneous exchange and completion on the same day, again Joe and his team worked tirelessly on our behalf to get it over the line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Huge recommendation for Sophie and Rosie, who dealt with both a sale and purchase for me. After being the in the conveyancing/financial sector myself i am one of those annoying clients who knows the process and thus tries to pre-empt delays etc so all paperwork was completed and returned asap. Initially everything was quiet and i was surprised by the little contact, but once we got to the crucial stage Sophie really came into her own, highlighting all of the legalities to protect us from any risk despite the vendors solicitor being a blocker at every turn. Professional and personable which i loved, it's so nice to actually build rapport with someone nowadays with everything being digital. Sale and purchase completed 14 weeks from instruction despite the blockers we faced, ladies you made a really stressful time that bit easier thank you would recommend 100%.

Now that the dust has settled, I just wanted to quickly say thank you for the service you provided during my flat purchase.

Just wanted to thank, Michael Sanderson, Tizzy Littleproud, Katie Burney and your team for the great service I have receive from you, on my property transactions now. Always efficient, polite and kind and also good value. I will certainly recommend to my family and friends if they’re in need.

I recently used Bespoke Law Services for our house purchase and had a really positive experience. Michael Sanderson was helpful, professional and kept things moving during what was a very stressful time. He answered our questions and supported us through the process. We’re really grateful for his help and would happily recommend him.

Solicitor Christine was professionally negligent and ensured this was an awful experience for me to the point I’ve had to get Legal Ombudsman involved. Their complaints department is also a joke, taking no responsibility whatsoever and passing the blame. Do not recommend.

Sophie and the team from start to finish were extremely efficient and kept us informed of all stages of our house sale. They were extremely thorough when challenging the vendor on all topics so we knew come the time of purchase all queries were identified and addressed
They were also very competitive on price
Would highly recommend using them if you want a good and trustworthy service

I’ve had a faultless experience with Bespoke Law Services in dealing with a recent property purchase. Joe and Samantha were absolutely fantastic. I was kept up to date every step of the way and never had to wait long for a response. I would 100% recommend.

A fantastic company. Very helpful and courteous at all times. A quick and efficient service.
Excellent prices, with everything you want from a conveyancing company.
Highly recommended, we wouldn't use anyone else.

Great communication throughout the house sale. Kept up to date with what was happening and Lois and Claudia were extremely pleasant at all times and very informative..no hesitation in recommending the company to others..the fee also was very competitive too....well done 👍

I honestly cannot thank Amanda Woods at Bespoke Law Services enough for everything she did for me throughout my property journey. Amanda took over my file while I was in the middle of my original purchase, which I ultimately decided to pull out of. From the very start, she was incredibly kind, supportive and so easy to contact. Her knowledge and guidance were absolutely invaluable and gave me complete reassurance that I was making the right decisions.
I remember asking Amanda whether, if I found another property – Would I be able to request her again and I’m so grateful that I did. Within a month, I found my dream flat and it truly felt like the stars had aligned and that the original property simply wasn’t meant to be. That moment completely confirmed I’d made the right decision.
I contacted Amanda straight away and she immediately got to work. The whole process took just over 10 weeks and having her by my side throughout made all the difference. She was professional, proactive, approachable and genuinely cared every step of the way.
I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to have had Amanda handling my case and I honestly can’t thank her enough. She is an absolute credit to Bespoke Law Services.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Amanda - wishing you nothing but continued success.
