We received fantastic service from Joe Hadden for our house move - I would definitely recommend him for anybody looking for conveyancing for their house sale or purchase.

We used bespoke to purchase our first property and i would not recommend.

during our process we had a number of changes of case handlers and solicitors meaning we lost months at the beginning where little to nothing was done. One solicitor brought in barely lasted a week before we was notified they wouldnt be coming back.

During our process there clearly was a data breach as we had a scammer using the email @bespokelawservice.com (missing the S) which knew many of the details about our case that only bespoke would have know such as email, address and dates. Bespoke law services denied they had any breach but i cant see how this would have been possible for a scammer to know. Although we was able to spot the potential scam, they had enough details that it was worrying what else they had access too.

We eventually got our case handed to Joe who moved the process along and maybe had we had Joe all along we might not have seen such a terrible process.

This is the second time we have bought and/or sold a property with BLS. We also recommended them to a friend who has also just completed his second move, again using Amanda at BLS. We didn't hesitate to contact Amanda Rose straight away and wouldn't consider going elesewhere now. Amanda has always been so efficient and helpful and will always take a call when you need to speak to her, The information and advice she provides has always been 100% reliable and given in a way that you can fully understand, no flowery language, just straightforward and honest. With BLS, we have just felt safe and reassured and know that if problems arise, they will be dealt with efficiently, leaving us with minimum stress and anxiety at what can be a difficult time. For the recent sale of my husbands' parents property, Amanda had all paperwork and everything in order well before we had an exchange date, so we were all ready to go within a very short time. We would like to thank Amanda and Zoe and all of the team that we had contact with, everyone has been so helpful, efficient and really pleasant to speak to. Very many thanks to all. We are possibly looking to be moving again in the near future, so we may well be in touch again. Rest assured, we will not go anywhere else!.

Very happy with the way Bespoke handled my sale. They had to take over the transaction following the demise of the previous company. I was kept informed throughout. A last minute problem was dealt with well.
Good value for money, especially when compared to the prices quoted by traditional solicitors.

I would not recommend Bespoke Law Services based on my recent experience with a straightforward remortgage and transfer of equity matter.
Initially, the service appeared proactive and attentive. Following my enquiry for a quotation, I received several follow-up calls over a two-week period to determine whether I wished to instruct the firm. After agreeing to proceed, I promptly completed and returned all requested identification and instruction forms within five working days.
Unfortunately, communication and case management deteriorated significantly from that point onwards.
The process was originally estimated to take between four and six weeks; however, it ultimately took nine weeks to complete. Throughout this time, my partner and I received very few updates and were repeatedly required to chase the firm for information. Communication was almost entirely reactive, with updates only provided when we actively sought them.
By week five, there appeared to have been little progress on the matter despite numerous attempts to contact our assigned case handlers, Charlie and Kirandeep. During one follow-up enquiry, we were informed that the firm was still awaiting forms that had in fact been submitted at the very beginning of the process. We were subsequently advised that these documents had not been passed on internally to the relevant team members, resulting in unnecessary delays.
Further concerns arose when we learned that Charlie was leaving the business and that Kirandeep, our solicitor, was due to be on holiday for three weeks. The matter was then transferred to Graham. During this period, I was asked to provide contact details for the company that owned the solar panels on my property. Despite this being information that could have been obtained independently, I located and supplied the relevant contact details myself to prevent further delays.
It was only after my partner raised formal concerns with Graham that visible progress was made, and the matter began moving forward. Even then, communication remained inconsistent. In the week commencing 22 June, I was advised that completion should take place by the end of June and that Graham would be liaising with my lender. Having received no further updates, I had to follow up again on 29 June, only to be informed that the case had been transferred back to Kirandeep and that I should contact the bank directly to determine the status of the transaction.
After confirming with my lender that funds had been released on 30 June, I contacted Bespoke Law Services to understand the next steps. My email received no response, and I was forced to chase the firm again on 1 July to obtain an update and establish when the funds would be received.
When the funds were eventually received on 2 July, there was an apparent £10,000 discrepancy in the amount transferred. I contacted Kirandeep to seek clarification, however the conversation did not provide a clear explanation of the issue, and I was advised that she would call me back. Unfortunately, I did not receive any further contact from her regarding this matter.
As a result, I contacted my bank directly to investigate the discrepancy. The bank responded promptly, identified the source of the issue, and confirmed that steps were being taken to ensure the correct funds were received. During this period, I did not receive any proactive updates from Bespoke Law Services regarding the situation, despite the understandable concern and stress caused by the unexpected shortfall. A follow-up update or acknowledgement of the issue would have been appreciated.
Overall, the most disappointing aspect of this experience was the lack of communication, ownership, and proactive case management. Throughout the nine-week process, I do not recall receiving a single unsolicited telephone call to provide an update or manage expectations. I strongly believe that had my partner and I not persistently chased the firm for information and action, the matter would have taken considerably longer to complete.
While the transaction was eventually completed, the level of service fell well below reasonable expectations. The firm's communication practices, internal handovers, and overall client management require significant improvement.

If I’m perfectly honest I went on line and looked for the cheapest conveyance company and was pleasantly pleased with the quote
Joe Hayden was ever the professional, courteous and polite even when I was pestering him ….none stop….. and that’s no lie.
Joe was always helpful and nothing was too much trouble
I was acting on behalf of my MIL who had gone into a care home so it was imperative that I kept cost low as I was deputy and the money was not mine
Bespoke law services were fantastic and made the process effortless
I sold the house via auction (Advanced property Auctions, who were absolutely fabulous and would recommend highly)so this is a more complicated process and the purchaser has 58 days to complete
This was achieved much sooner than the 58 days
I would highly recommend BESPOKE LAW Services for any conveyancing / probate services as I could not recommend them highly enough

They were always friendly whenever we called with a question, and written responses were always prompt and detailed, but always explained in a clear and understandable way, which was really helpful as the process was all new for us. Their attention to detail also gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly, and they kept the process moving as smoothly as possible. A big thank you to both of them, we really appreciate it and would happily use Bespoke Law Services again in the future.

Jo and Samantha have just dealt with the sale of our late father’s flat. They were very attentive and responded quickly to our emails. The only criticism is that Joe had annual leave the week before we were about to exchange and complete and we did not realise until we received his out of office. As exchange and completion were imminent a quick email to confirm an alternative contact with telephone number and email address would have been very helpful. Overall a good experience though.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Paperwork was missed throughout the process, constant back and forth on paperwork that had already been signed multiple times. Requests that were irreverent to the situation.

The other lawyer who was helping on the matter even stated to me how incompetent this company is and that the choice I had made was extremely poor in instructing them to work on my behalf. Now 8 months after the matter has been settled I have just received an email demanding more funds!

Company needs serious investigation into their processes and their staffs professionalism!

Sophie and Rosie have been fantastic from the get go. They cover everything and take as many questions you possibly have. Your kept in the loop and they provide evidence & proof of what is happening and why things take time.

I would recommend them 100% to any first time buyer.

I wrote a review whilst I was going through the process, as I felt it was important for others to know the appalling experience both my partner and I were having. Now that we have completed the process, 8 months later, I feel it necessary to write yet another review. After all, I did get automated emails from Bespoke Law Services actively encouraging me to leave a review, and so I will do exactly that and try not to repeat anything I have mentioned in my first review.

Bespoke Law Services are lacking.
They are lacking in many things, but what is most apparent to me is the lack of respect, professionalism, speed, and integrity.

I mentioned before how they had gotten my partner's name wrong on important documentation, including the draft contracts, and this got even worse. Towards the end, they addressed us as 'Georgie' and 'Sam', which led us to ask who this 'Sam' character was, as I was buying the property with 'Mitchell'. They, of course, stuck their tales between their legs and did not even bother to acknowledge our continued questioning about who this person was and where they had gotten such a mix-up from. It honestly fits the theme of them not caring or having to put effort into anything they do.

I want to acknowledge the replies they offer to clients/customers who review them in a negative way. Reading just a few goes to show the lack of integrity, professionalism, and pride they have as a company, and I am sorry for those who have suffered as we have.

I therefore do not recommend them, as they will ruin the buying process for you, and completely take away all joy, especially if you are a first-time buyer.
There is much more I could say about how they are lacking, but I don't want to write an essay. Just know that I do not recommend them, and to save yourself time, effort, sanity, and overall happiness, you should not give them business.
I have reviewed another solicitor on my profile, who I would highly recommend, as I do not only leave negative reviews, just ones that I believe will be helpful to others, and ones where I hope a business will take a look at their current way of working and strive to fix this.
