Very difficult to do returns

Very difficult to do returns. Had to do a chat and go thru several steps and then was told I would get an email which I did. On the email there were several instructions needed to return. It shouldn’t be this difficult to return and honestly, I’m worried it won’t be refunded at all. I would never order from this company again. Beware.
Here is the email instructions I received,

Note:
• You have 7 days to get your package to the post office. Any items returned after the 7-day return period will not be returned.
• Please be sure to include a note in your return package with the order number of the item you are returning. Please place the item in its original packaging.
Order Number: 【WBBLUS10715】

• After returning the item, please provide the following information:
1. A photo of the return package.
2. A photo of the return receipt.
3. The tracking number and the name of the shipping company you used for the return.
(Note: Tracking number must be available online. Do not provide a return tracking number cannot apply for a refund.)

You can still choose to keep it now. If you are willing to keep it, we will provide a coupon worth $35 or a partial refund worth $29.
We are waiting for your reply.

Sent wrong item and I ended paying

The dress I ordered took a while to come plus I had to pay out of pocket $27 shipping. Then when it arrives - it is too big (wrong size) and wrong color dress! They made me jump thru a million hoops of taking multiple pictures of item, numerous emails, and then sending documentation of each step of return and that I had to pay for packaging and shipping. So a total of over $50 I paid for a dress that I never even kept bc it wasn’t what I ordered. Really messed up to make customers have to pay all that and go thru all of that when they made the mistakes !!!

—-upon seeing this review they contacted me and thoroughly apologized and admitted their mistakes. They sent me a refund of the $27 shipping for on the way there . Which definitely lessens the sting of the situation.

UNMATCHED SERVICE!

The dress I ordered did not look good on me oo I returned it and I must say that although it took forever to get reimbursed, the service I received was phenomable. Tiki did an outstanding job of keeping me informed through the whole process. They did reduce the full amount for shipping but reimbursed me the rest. I was very thankful for that since I no longer needed the dress.

Disingenuous and very lengthy delivery times

I paid $40.00 for expedited shipping. Didn't hear anything from them other than receiving a confirmation for placing the order. At checkout I was quoted a delivery date of June 29th (I ordered June 26). The delivery date came and went without any updates to my order's status. When I contacted them I was only then informed that they take 12 days to process and then an additional 3-8 days to ship. Then they informed me if I cancelled I won't get my full refund because according to their policy I didn't cancel within 24 hours. This feels scammy to me. Buy from where you want but they're officially off my list

The dresses I bought were decent quality, but too small. Sizing runs small. Upon returning, which is not an easy task, they only refunded about 65% after restocking and handling fees. READ RETURN INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ORDERING.

Difficult Return

I purchased a dress directly through berylove.com; the dress was not tea length as pictured, and is too big, so I have asked to return it. It has been a week of back and forth..... they do not like to take their products back.

Excellent customer service

The communication was timely and I was well informed by Tiki who was courteous, knowledgeable and patient as I had numerous questions.

After recording the product I realize the pants was shorter than the picture(I wanted it to cover my shoe but it won’t ) the details and buttons was nothing like the picture as well.

Still no refund! Don't waste your money!

Similar to many of the other reviews, I'm having a horrible experience with this company. I was going to be a bridesmaid and ordered a dress of the bride's choice from Berylove last month. It took awhile for the dress to arrive and it was pretty but didn't fit. I emailed their customer service team, who ignored my original request to return the dress for a full refund. Instead, we went back and forth and I was given a number of ridiculous options which mostly included keeping the dress or receiving a few dollars as a refund, all of which were not acceptable. After asking for their return address several times, I finally received an address in Farmers Branch, TX. But even though I followed the return instructions, they still rejected my package and sent it back. It's like they're willing to do anything not to return my money to me! I tracked the box and it's sitting back at the UPS Store that I sent it from! I'm sending the dress RIGHT BACK TO BERYLOVE AGAIN. STOP TAKING PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY AND NOT GIVING IT BACK WHEN YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT TRUE TO SIZE!!! ACCEPT THIS DRESS BACK, STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT AND SEND MY REFUND!!!

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam! Do not order from them. The dress quality is extremely low and does not look anything like the item pictured on their website. Berylove claims to have a refund return policy, but they do not refund your money. Even after jumping through every hoop and following the crazy return instructions to the T. They have not accepted the return from the post office, and the post office has attempted to deliver my return to the return address they provided several times without success.

DIFFICULT RETURNS!

Clearly this company does everything they can to deter returns from not listing return information or address on their website, slow response when requesting return info, and then a laborious process to return the item. They repeatedly send offers to try to have you opt to keep. If you don't follow their process they will not refund. You pay for shipment to begin with which was $26 in my case and then for return, another $16 for a total of $42 that is nonrefundable! Unbelievable! You must return in original package within 14 days, email tracking information with a picture of the package being mailed back and a photo of your mailing receipt with the tracking number. When you send this information you get a reply that if after inspection everything is in order you should get a refund for the item, minus shipping, within a few business days. I had to follow up after more than two weeks to even get acknowledgement of receipt. The refund was not on my last credit card invoice so will see if it reflects this month. They are quick to let you know the timeline you must abide by but certainly do not apply the same requirement to themselves. I assume they hoped I would forget? Never again will I order anything from this company. They are definitely not being customer-focused in their return policies. The dress itself seemed well-made but was not right for me at all and did not fit. It weighed a lot which contributed to the shipping cost. Unless you know you are going to keep a dress, be really careful because it will be frustrating and costly to return.

Cheap Clothing

Berylove advertises quality attire and sends you inferior, subpar, cheap clothing. They may try to withhold your refund, claiming restocking fees and shipping. They're based in China, and you're not getting what they advertise on their website. Please read the reviews before ordering from Berylove. They'll scam you out of your refund and try to convince you to keep their polyester attire that's shabbily made. Save yourself a headache, time, and the frustrations of having to get a refund.

Ruined my ideal engagement photos

I would leave an angry face instead of any stars! The company itself is a complete scam. I ordered my engagement picture dress and chatted with a sales rep that said my dress would ship in 15 business days. My photoshoot was over a month out so I gave myself plenty of time. It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my dress. I’ve emailed and called china like 10 times with no response at all! DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE!!!

Poor quality, no full refunds

Dress looked nothing like photo and very low quality. The have a return policy that includes taking multiple photos of the item and package as you mail it back, tight timeframes etc. Even though you have to pay shipping both ways, they still take the shipping out of your refund to the tune of $35. Avoid like the plague!!!!
