Be extremely careful if ordering from this company and prepare yourself for difficulty if an item needs returning.
Their refund policy is contradictory.
The policy begins by stating:
"Refunds: Receive a refund back to your original payment method."
However, later it says:
Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Customers pay return shipping.
Returns of 2–3 items incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns of 4+ items incur a 30% restocking fee.
Rejected packages only receive a 40% refund. Overdue returns also only receive a 40% refund.
The opening suggests customers receive a normal refund, while later sections describe significant deductions that materially reduce the refund.

When I requested a return, it took over a week before they provided the information and in the meantime they offered a coupon of less than 10% of the sale value. Their policy states you are to notify them within 14 days of receipt however this is no good if they do not respond to your requests. As expected, I did not accept. I stood my ground and advised I expected a full refund and required the address. When they provided the address, I was notified that whilst I ordered the items from their warehouse in China, I would need to send them to a warehouse in Texas. They also attempted to charge for a restocking fee and handling fee despite them requesting the return to a different warehouse entirely. I refused and with consistency had them agree to a full refund less the original delivery cost as this had already been passed on to the logistics company. It’s important to note the cost of the return is ridiculous given it crosses borders and I spent £64 to send these items back. None of this cost is refundable.

The items were out of delivery to their warehouse on June 29th however they did not provide any updates that they had received them. It took another email before they acknowledged. They then advised they had processed a refund (hallelujah) but surprise surprise, it had the restocking fee applied! I had to go back to them once again to have the additional £39 refunded.

Overall the process has been a nightmare. I would not recommend taking the risk of ordering from here.

Wedtrend if you are reading this, do not bother responding. Instead you need to work on your business model as it seems I’m not the only person who has experienced your difficult practices.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. The sizing is ridiculously small and I've been trying to obtain a return and refund for over a week and still waiting......... Please don't use this company.

I bought a dress in the size up from what I normally buy but it was wat too small. It took weeks to arrive and it cost me £40 to send back to Texas!!!! Be warned!!!

Awful return process , I have wrote 5 emails and only had one back saying they put £7 to alterations on a £90 dress which is way too small around…. DO NOT BUY!!!!! At all …. Rubbish customer service , disgrace of a company… this is over a week now and you only have 2 weeks to return ! Just received where to send the returns!!!! Wait for it Texas !!! Cost half of what I paid for it … DO NOT ORDER FROM WEDTREND….

Do not order from this company.
It comes up as a UK company but clearly isn't.
When dress finally arrived it was faulty so it needed to be sent back.
When i requested a return i was told it had to be sent to TEXAS USA!!!
This would have been very expensive to sent from the UK and would it accidentally get lost in transit?
I was told that i could keep the dress and was offered £30 refund for a £100 dress!
Absolutely criminal.
Please do not order from this company.

You know an experience is going to be bad when you are checking out and you are prompted to leave a tip for "the team." Ordered a dress from Wedtrend and it never shipped.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY DRESS BUT IT DIDNT FIT. I HAVE REQUESTED A RETURN FORM 4 TIMES BUT THEY ARE IGNORING MY REQUESTS. I HAVE NOW REPORTED THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK TO INVESTIGATE THEIR BANK AND RECOVER MY FUNDS. THEIR CEO DURLABH SANDHU IS ALSO BEING INVESTIGATED. ITS SO SAD PEOPLE SINK TO SUCH A LOW LEVEL TO STEAL FROM GOOD PEOPLE. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES.

Poor quality clothing. Arrived after due date. There is no customer services rather delayed emails that make returns nearly impossible and punitive. Do not buy from this company. I have still not been given the return address as their returns state within 14 days so I think the delays are intentional so that I do not get a refund.

I purchased a dress for my granddaughter's prom. It cost $180.39. It took weeks to get here, which was expected, but when it got here, the neckline did not match the sales pictures (it was cut much lower than expected; not appropriate for a high school prom). Returning it was a nightmare. First came the ridiculous offers for me to keep the dress and they would refund me $15. Then there were the crazy return requirements (most people would have given up trying to meet all the requirements). I was finally able to return the dress. After they deducted shipping fees, restocking fees and handling fees, I owed them $43.44 and they got the dress back too! I learned my lesson. I will never buy from this company again.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. When it arrived it was a totally different colour to what was on the website. The quality was very poor too and the inbuilt bra was two different shapes.It arrived crumpled with no tags.
I contacted the company four times to get a return address but they have ignored all my emails.
I am now going to have to escalates a complaint via PayPal.
Please do not order from this company it is a total scam.

The photo of the dress had some sort of filter blocking the appearance of heavy gold thread in the fabric that would have indicated it was a heavy rayon/type fabric. The fabric felt exactly like the poor quality heavy polyester fabric from the 60’s. The construction was the same as my early attempts at sewing as a teenager. Wedtrend’s return policy is non-existent. The dress will be going to Goodwill and I will only be trusting Dillards and Macy’s online sites for formal dresses in my price range, because they will accept returns. This purchase for $187 is my fault for not researching the site for possible issues. Lesson learned!

Be very careful when considering a purchase from this company as they are based in Texas USA and do not have a presence in the UK. If for what ever reason you need to return an item be aware that all return costs will be your responsibility, this includes custom clearance costs, returning a small 750g package to this company has to date cost in excess of £40 In making a return this company they insist that the returning parcel is fully trackable, they demand photographs of the package with return address visible and a photograph of the postal receipt, they also require clarification of the tracking number, and confirmation of the original order number and date, however before being able to return this item you put first get their agreement that the item(s) can be returned. My advice would be look elsewhere and avoid Wedtrend at all costs.

Giving 1 star because i can't give 0. I purchased a dress for my daughters prom, which came on the expected delivery date.
It is definitely not the size stated and did not look like the picture.
I sent the dress back to America they would not give a UK address, paid the postage and wedtred refused the tax charge at customs, so the dress was returned to sender!!!

They make it impossible for you to return dresses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION as they are not equipped to support you.

Sizing completely wrong, quality of fabric not as described and their customer service is appalling. Now struggling to get a refund from this company.

I ordered 3 dresses to try on for my wedding none of them suitable. I would advise not to order from Wedtrend. Delivery costs are high, returns process impossible. I would advise ordering a dress from a uk company or stick to the old fashion way book an appointment at a bridal shop and get your dress from a professional.

This is not a real website - emails go responded, products undelivered. Now I go to research them I can see their trustpilot account has been suspended because of fake positive reviews. Avoid

I ordered my wedding dress and a few other things over 3weeks ago and it still hasn't even been dispatched. It's highly unlikely I will get it for my wedding. No contact from the retailer..All they do is sending you new offers. Scam. After reading other reviews I think I just have to accept losing £170 and look for a new dress at some reliable store. SCAM.
