It is a rip off company. I sent back two jumpers, following their instructions, because the quality was awful and they didn't return my money.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, they don't look anything like in the picture. 90 GBP down the drain. Tried contacting them by email, on their online form, and even calling on their US number. Nothing worked.

I bought a shirt with a major defect. I thought the fabric was just poorly sewn and overlapped, but there was a huge hole and they tried to patch it up. Poor quality item.
I don't recommend it.

Absolute scam! Ordered five shirts/ tshirts. None of them as described, regardless if quality or size or fit. No response from feedback mask, emails bounce.

Shocking business. Do not order from this company. Two pairs of shoes ordered and too small when they eventually arrived. Emailed customer services who requested a pic of the delivered shoes. Sent that and the email bounced back as undeliverable.

This place is a freak’n joke!!! Ordered shoes that looked great online but once received they smelled of cigarette smoke & looked like they came from Geppetto’s workshop! They are absolutely horrible & to return them would have cost more than the dang shoes!!! That’s $70 flushed down the drain!!!

Terrible service. Misleading website. The product did not match pictures on the website. I am furious that I had to wait for many weeks for something as aweful as this.

I bought a $100 coat and wanted to return it because it did not fit. This company expected me to ship at my own expense to China and get it there within 30 days. To ship it would’ve cost $65 at the least. There’s a reason that this company is going out of business. I would not recommend it to anyone

Item arrived too small & faulty, requested return, took over 10 emails to accept this and details to send, sent over two months ago and still no refund and no answer to my emails, disgraceful

Absolute scam, no shoes after a month, asked for a refund and they have blocked my email avoid like the plague

I'm embarrassed to say I've been fooled a second time with the offer of "genuine leather" shoes. I'd bought some recently from another company also claiming their shoes are genuine leather only to find they are vinyl shoes that are "leather look". I'm kicking myself for not checking online and went ahead and ordered Benson and Clark genuine leather shoes which turned out to be exactly the same shoes!! You know what they say fool me once...

Total scam. If I could give zero stars i would. Poorest quality possible, even when you return the product no return. No response from ‘customer service’.

First off, their email address doesn't exist. Second, the phone number goes directly to a full mailbox. I ordered 3 pieces from them. They had janky buttons that fell off, the sleeves on one item were literally half the size of regular sleeves, and the off the material has plastic backing. Cheap scam clothing.

This is a scam website deliberately mis-selling items that are not in line with the description and images on the website.
You will be strung along by their 'customer support ' if you get a reply.

Arezzo Cashmere Tee. Benson & Clark sounds terribly English but is terribly Chinese. The similarly English sounding website Charles-Francis also fronts the same Chinese supplier, along with Spraykis and also Durevin with identical websites and product images. Nothing English about these sites; purchases take over took 2 weeks to arrive and then could be subject to Import Duties. The Cashmere claim is a blatant lie; not a thread of any type of wool in it; horrid stretchy completely synthetic material; badly seamed and medium size too small. Not fit for purpose. Absolutely identical products also available from at least 6 other suppliers (using identical product images) on AliExpress, with one (Auto Essentials Store) less than a quarter of the price but more honestly not claiming to be Cashmere, simply “thin material”, which is exactly what Benson & Clark’s product is and what it is really worth. Like the rest of you, I should have checked Trustpilot before buying.

Do not purchase. Quality is nit even worth $5. If you want to return you have to pay your own return to China!

Thieves. Avoid. You are not shopping safely with this sorry excuse for an online 'retailer'. Total cowboys.

I have reported them to Trading Standards. I would urge other unsatisfied customers in the UK to do the same.
