If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two “cashmere” sweaters. What arrived was two polyester blend sweaters. This is not. us based company as advertised. It is based out of China. There is zero customer service. No way to contact them through phone. The email address listed on the site is bogus. The items have been returned and yet my card has still not been refunded. I reported them to the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

Benson and clark are scammers. Avoid buying from them even if they are given it out for free. Their goods are trush and you can't even wear it.

Didn’t realize the company is actually based in China, so I ordered 2 shirts. They sent one wrong shirt and both were poor quality. Tried to return for a refund. I was told I could return the shirt for a refund, but would have to pay the shipping back to China or they can give me a 15% refund and keep the shirts. It would cost what I paid for the shirt to send it back, so I figured I would voice my dissatisfaction, cut my losses and take the 15%. I haven’t heard from them since. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Absolutely appalling. I ordered one shoes that were in a sale. Reduced from what was said to be £120 down to £50. I also had a small percentage discount as a new customer bringing the cost down to £47. Then plus £5 shipping!
When i received the shoes I was disgusted, they looked like a child had painted them, fake stitches and felt plastic. They were truly horrible, and enquired to return. They offered to give me a full refund, once I provided a tracking number. This was the final straw…
On trying to return them the post office advised me that it would be £24 to return as it was China!
Not wanting to give up anymore money i opted for a 15% discount. Which gave me just over £6 back.
The shoes are safely in the bin now, never warn and not fit for a charity shop.
Avoid this shop at all costs is the best advice I can give anyone.
Certainly miss represented picture used on their website.

No idea where that is.
Benson Clark refuse to help or refund.

This product as absolute trash pants 3 inches to short no button hole even cut if you purchase anything from this company you stupid like me! I guess that's what happens when 4 year old kids are making clothes for you!

Poor delivery timescale and poor quality product. Tried to return but no return address given. Tried to contact company via email address but address did not exist - nor did obvious alternatives to email address. Don’t recommend and won’t be using again.

Awful company! Scam merchants, item was not as described, of appalling quality, smelt and could not be worn. I tried many times to organise a return, completely ignored the many emails I sent to customer services! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Not what i ordered labels cut off wrong size not the material i ordered i feel very foolish silly me.

A fake company, pretending to be a uk company, with fake product descriptions. it’s a Chinese company shipping cheap clothes. AVOID

The items I ordered were not even close to the size on the sizing chart on their website. I even ordered bigger as I knew it was coming from China. Also poor quality material. Asked to return, was told to keep the items and donate them. No refund. They said they would replace the said items for another size but I had to pay the shipping. I kept on them and they offered me a 15% refund on a 163.00 order…lol I said I would take that. We will see if I get it. Not holding my breath. Stay away!!

This company is a total scam .
The products are very low quality with high prices and long time to arrive. They try to by time so you can’t return . It is a waste of money as they send you items different than the one on pictures. Be ware of Benson $ Clark company based in China.

If I could I would give this company a minus star… they sent the wrong colour sandal and then refused to send a returns label saying I had to pay for any returns! Cheap shoddy goods from China which they don’t tell you .. you are led to believe they are in the USA .. no customer service and when I complained my emails weren’t delivered! 😡

Wow absolutely shocking. Awful material and fit. Does anybody have customer service number as they are not responding to my emails. I would of given them a 0 if I could.

Terrible service. Was sent the wrong size. Quality and product did not match photos online. Was told I can ship back to their China warehouse, but would have to pay for shipping- the product was only $30 and shipping would be well over that. Horrible experience and no help at all on a refund. Do not buy from here!

I thought I would try this brand out as looked like good quality clothing coming from the US and there was a shirt I wanted to wear for my sister’s wedding. I heard nothing about delivery some days after ordering so chased it up, as needed the shirt to arrive before I left for the wedding (in USA incidentally). Needless to say the shirt did not arrive in time and I had to make other arrangements…

The package arrived after I got back from the wedding and was poor quality, no label, polyester looking material, AND was a completely different colour and style to what was ordered. I have been trying to get a refund or the correct item but customer services is incorrectly falling back on their returns policy which requires costly recorder redelivery to China. I explained that they didn’t complete the contract properly by sending the wrong item in the first place, but the refuse to refund me or sslend the correct item. My messages are now not being responded to. I suggest avoiding this company and not losing money like myself!
