Store attendant was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable on products, and showroom was very nice. I was interested in the suit carry all and being able to see the offerings, touch it, and have the attendant describe details and function was valuable in making a decision.

The quality is 10/10, the smell was a bit overwhelming at first with it being in the box for so long and that’s just because it is high quality veg tanned too but after 1 min it was a great smell and the texture is so smooth and lovely, the clips also work very nicely and aren’t too hard. I love this product so much and I can’t wait to give it to my boyfriend he’ll love it. Thank you so much! The delivery also was absolutely perfect too, even comes with a mini ‘newspaper’ that’s all about the company and products which is just a next level touch that makes it feel more personal and high quality.

I typically would not shop in this price range, but there simply is no other bag on the market that has the size I need and the pockets I need.

The purchase ripped a significant hole in my wallet, but this will (slowly) vanish over time.

My weekender, however, will stay.

A great watch makers line came to my mind -

"You can never really own one. You merely keep it for the next generation".

Surely this is a little over the top but in a world where we get increasingly alienated from our more and more meaningless things, I feel an item so useful and so pretty is really something extraordinary.

I first came across this 18 months ago on a flight magazine and the bag stayed with me just because of its unique look, utility, style and design attributes. As for a weak point, I’ve only had a slight crack in the wooden bar of a clothes hanger, but as it’s covered in transparent rubber, it holds up well. Traveled to London as I had been looking at the weekender bags in advertisements as well as online for some time. Purchased the olive cotton canvas weekender and couldn't be more pleased. Jordan who was working at the London store was very knowledgable on all of the various bags and options.

I had a very positive experience at the Savile Row location. The luggage was thoughtfully described and I got to witness an unnatural, yet fascinating, demonstration of water being poured over a suede bag, which remained dry to the touch. Although I do not tend to invite the supernatural into my home, and I kept a safe distance from that suede, the bag I did purchase is wonderfully designed and constructed. I am pleased both with the luggage, and with the knowledgeable, patient, and gracious Bennet Winch team. Next time I decide to hemorrhage money on Savile Row, I may pick up another piece at Bennet Winch.
