Solid Build quality and in the luggage rotation
Really liked the build quality, wanted to wait to have a longer trip (APAC and EMEA). Kept luggage contained in a solid package. Only thing is it is a bit on the heavier side and doesn't fit in overhead, so 50/50 on checking it in versus carry on.
I liked the design of having the suit carrier wrapped around a duffel format, and only having to worry about a unified piece.

Fantastic products of the highest quality
As a longterm customer i am already aware of the highest quality of products. Having been into the shop when i was last in London in December and seeing the suit carrier in the flesh i purchased this in April. This in leather to match my weekender bag, wash Bag and backpack. The practical detail alongside the quality of the products are amazing. The entire team, Ali Bennet in particular that i have met have always been very helpful and are always happy to see their products ageing well and being used. Superb products built to last and made in the UK. They look fantastic and very understated.

The company does several things very well. First the product itself is great. I have 4 of their bags and they are great- in particular the cargo series. Second, the customer service is very good and they are very proactive in communications - status of delivery, need to be on the lookout for DHL emails, etc.

The sales associate named Jordan, did a wonderful job. He helped me pick out the right briefcase by asking me questions about my lifestyle and what type of materials I wanted for the bag.
