I received my shoes from Bennet and Mason .they are
really comfortable and I love them .i am very pleased with them .

i want to return all 3pairs of shoes and need your email address and phone number for the carrier but you have not supplied these details as yet . Could you please forward asap these details. The shoes do not fit so thats why i am returning them.

Its a Scam, they offer highly discounted products, giving the impression that they are closing down when in fact they are cheap Tac shipped directly from China

The boots are quite superb.

Scam on Facebook. Not worth one star. Photo outside a shop with two gentlemen and a story about closing down after 30 years with massive discounts. But the countdown clock keeps resetting! Facebook won't block this bogus company that's not closing down at all. This Chinese company also has another photo of Two ladies outside the shop. NO PHONE NUMBER on the website. Be warned.

This is not a local UK firm.. its a factory in China. Very poor quality

An ad pooped up on my smart phone. 2 sad looking gentleman in craftsmens aprons, standing outside a smart looking cobblers/shoe shop. The words CLOSING DOWN! emblazoned across the advertisment. I was drawn to the notice as I'd need a pair of strong winter boots. The pictures showing the footwear looked great; obviously well made, and the boots I chose, Hunter, looked like robust leather footwear. The price was great, down from £300 to £59.99, which made sense, going by their sad story of having to close down after many decades blah! blah! blah! My suspicions were raised, when, after a few days, I tracked the order, to find it had left a port in Eastern China.
This morning, 10 days later, the boots arrived by Royal Mail, wrapped in plastic. As soon as I felt the lightweight package, I smiled in realising that I'd been ripped off. The boots themselves are a different design from those advertised. Badly made, plastic uppers and sole, and do not stand flat on the floor. I will now attempt to get a refund. They ain't even worth £59.99!!

These are poor quality goods from China pretending to be high end …I’d like to meet Mr Bennet or Mr Mason….

Do not get fooled by this company it's a cheap Chinese company who pretend to be based in the UK
The good are awful and you cannot return the goods as they make it really difficult I have reported the website and tried to return the shoes but its impossible I am usually quite careful but I got scammed as o thought it was a genuine Uk company with a. Uk domain

This is a scam company you think you are buying from a family run British company that makes hand made shoes but you are being sold cheep knock off’s from China, you will also get no exchanges if the shoe’s do not fit and you will get no refund’s, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISPICABLE CON-MEN, i have reported them to the advertising standards

Took longer than expected to arrive. Didn't realize we're from China. Fit nice and both are comfortable and true to size

Total Scam, this site needs to be shutdown. All goods from China. Avoid like the plague!!!
I was very concerned after waiting a long time of not receiving my goods plus the tracking is rubbish. So I actually did some research thinking I got scammed. I was totally annoyed, I contacted my bank to report fraud to claim my money and the 2 days later, today I received my goods.
The shoes looks good, but I am NOT buying anything from them again. As to this site closing down, yes I am sure it is a lie. The same countdown to closing is displayed. So I do NOT recommend purchasing from this site.

The shoes I ordered were as described and they look great. They arrived securely and well packaged but they took a long time to arrive, this was not a problem as there was no urgency.

Total crap from china. Not leather all going in the bin to get a 20% refund that’s if I get it. Avoid at all costs. Don’t make my mistake

Total rubbish from China!!! and not from the shop you think there from and when asked for refund they say you have to pay postage back to China.
Please don't be treated like a idiot and buy from this so called company
