It has been almost 6 months. Same excuse "they are in the queue." I stopped being able to process funds for a while in 2025. Then I could process them in Dec but now they just sit there. I think the app became spam.

This app used to be great however they updated things and its been horrible!!! I have 3 pending withdrawals, 2 of which is from Dec 11 and Dec 13...its now May and still showing its in the queue. I've contacted support only to get a generic response saying its in queue. I certainly hope a class action lawsuit opens up just so we can get the money owed to us that's in their "queue "

I have been trying to get money owed me since February 3 and March 13th. I have a large number of emails sent and Nicole sends back generic responses, even said I should have compassion. Said my money is "safe". Even addressed the class action suit that is being formed against Benjamin, and still not being paid. I am owed a total of $95.94 and they refuse to process the payment. Keep sending me responses that it is in the queue. 3+ months. Stay away from this app. Fraud all the way!

I have spoken via email with Benjamin numerous times. I have four payout request pending two of which are from December and it is now May. I keep getting told that I’m in queue. This is ridiculous. It didn’t used to be like this. I don’t know what happened if they overextended themselves or what, but I don’t know if anybody getting payouts anymore.

I have been waiting for over a month to get my payout. Contacted support with no response. I would not play!! You dont get your money!! Waste of time!!!

Since last year they have been holding my withdrawl and forced us to sign a new ToS. I have issues miltiple internal ticket and they have still refused to help in anyway. It has now been 5 months since ive submitted my withdrawl and still have yet to see it. Mind you i had put one in a day before the cureent held one and that went through 2 months ago. And support always "solves" the ticket without any solution.

I have money stuck in the queue and when I contacted customer service they said it takes a while to ready for withdrawal. I have had this issue since last year. I still play the games, but the withdrawal is a joke. I don't think they intend on paying anyone their winnings.

I have been playing on this app for over 2 years. I've never had a problem until here lately. And went to cash out last night. They literally made my account disappear and started a new account. So they wouldn't have to pay me and they're refusing to give me my money that I earned even though I have screenshots of everything do not trust this company because they do not fix their problems
They make blame on you. So they don't have to pay, you wasted 3 months of playing games. I had a $119.57 cents. When to cash it out and it completely disappeared. Now my account looks like I just activated yesterday. When I didn't, I've been with them for 2 years. In half the games, they don't pay out. And when you complain and they finally give you the payout, if you keep playing that game, they won't pay you after that, they say it's your problem not theirs, do not trust this company.

AVOID THIS APP. IT'S NOW A JUNK SCAM.

This used to be a good solid app for earning a little extra money. Nothing Earth-shattering. But maybe a $25 eBay gift card every few months. Then they changed everything starting in November. Now it's pure crap. Your "payouts" will sit in "withdrawal queue" hell. You'll never see them. They'll tell you stories about "handling them in order" or they'll have a weekend with "instant payouts". Except those payouts now go to a bank that you have to earn enough points to have them transfer to another "account" that you need to get to $25 to withdraw. But even then, you still won't get your money. I've been waiting for over 3 months and still no payout.

I'm assuming they're having all of the users earn money until they have had enough and quit, then pocket all of that money.

Overall the app was great and had a lot of earning options. The only problem, and one that is really the only thing that matters is getting paid. It has been months since the withdraw requests (over $200) were made and they are still pending in the queue. I've contacted customer service multiple times but get the same automated style message apologizing for wait times but assuring me that my request is still being processed. I'm skeptical but will continue to wait. It appears that they have run out of funds.

Ive been waiting since jan 18th to get paid. Support says your in queu. Never get straight answer now they charge .99 to cashout on top of it. -3***. If i ever get paid will change. Benjamin want better ratings?? Go back to the old way

This app has been horrific since the beginning of the year when they made their changes
Getting through to customer service is such a challenge with all of the questions you have to answer… and then the app crashes and you have to start all over again
It takes 2 to 3 attempts to get some sort of automated response. It says we’re working on your issue.
Very unprofessional with no customer service

Just updating that since my last review, not a single thing has changed. I have been waiting since December 6th for my payment and it is May 4th it was $100 Bank bonus that I could have gotten anywhere, and I wish I hadn't have chosen Benjamin..

This app is a full scam since shutdown. I have 26.32 that was made in Jan first of Feb and couldn't claim it till April 18 and they still aren't releasing my money even though I played for 2 years and made them alot of money and they have always claimed the more you play the faster payout granted that has always been a lie and have always had to contact them to get my money. So months to make months to get release date to withdrawal and months to still get it if you ever get it at all. Their out of games to play so their just scamming people all the way now which is to bad beings they were the best game app

I really liked this app but ever since they changed the way you get your money to withdrawal it has a been a disaster. They owe $300 and I've been waiting over a month.

​I have been a long-term user of the Benjamin platform and genuinely enjoy the games, but I am very disappointed with the current withdrawal process. I have two pending withdrawals: one for $40 from January 7th and another for $50 from March 12th.
​I have been corresponding with "Ana" from Member Services, but the latest response claimed they do not see any withdrawals at all. This is concerning, as I have two emails associated with my PayPal account to ensure there are no transfer issues.
​I would love to continue using this site as I have for a long time, but I cannot recommend it if earned funds are not being honored and support is unable to track them. I am hoping this can be resolved quickly so I can get back to enjoying the platform.

I used to love this app. I've made a lot of money from it just playing games. Now people are having to wait months and months and still not getting their withdrawals. I have three pending for over a month. I really wanted to keep using this app, but I think I'm going to have to switch.

I was thrilled when I first started using this app. The instant cash-out feature was a huge plus. However, when they attempted to fix a non-existent issue, they inadvertently broke the system and eroded the trust of many users. Now, I’ve been waiting for half a year for my money, and I still have no idea if I’ll ever receive it. It’s almost as if I’ve simply earned money for the company since they refuse to pay. I’m incredibly disappointed. It took five months for me to finally receive a response from a real human. I’m so let down by something that had the potential to be amazing.

I've cashed out 4 times but have only received my money once. I've got a withdrawal sitting in the queue since January, one in February and the latest one in April. I've submitted their request form but haven't heard one word from them.

In October, they went from a five star to a zero star. They stopped paying out to their payment system to make it better for the players according to them. I had money saved up for Christmas and they did not let us access what we had in the accounts when they told us with no notice they were stopping their payments. December 3 they started payments. However $50 a day was the max that could be paid out and it took a while over the payments to even be done. Now, basically May it’s taking 3+ months for a payment to get to you. I have 11 payments that start from January 27 to now that are sitting there waiting to be paid. And there’s a $.99 PayPal fee, which I know PayPal does not charge them that much and if you’re gonna use a platform that they say is to make it easier you should not be charging that amount if it’s gonna take months when their site says you should have it within an hours. When you contact them, they say the same thing due to the high volume of request it’s taking longer and they’re sorry. They don’t seem to get it if they would raise the daily amount for withdrawals then they would have less withdrawals coming in. So it’s pretty easy to see that there is a much bigger issue than the amount of request coming in. It’s very suspicious. I think they are having money problems and they’re trying to delay paying people so they can have money sitting in the bank earning interest and then they slowly pay out one or two people occasionally while they get in money from advertisements that people see daily I think they are scamming us. They just want to stream people along because if you quit, you don’t get your money so you have to keep the app you have to keep logging in and doing something or else they’ll close your account. I got a reply from customer service today and they didn’t even get my name right they told me they would refund my fees and they only refunded half of them which refunding me the fees does nothing because it goes into my account which is just gonna sit there and I have no idea when I’m gonna get the money because you were not paying me the $453 that I have requested. It’s been sitting in my account for three months waiting. It should not take you 90 days to pay someone out for money that they have spent their time earning that money and now you have it sitting in your account for 90 days stop scamming the people and start paying if it’s such an issue then you need to hire more people.
