Refuse to pay out. I have been waiting since November to be paid out I have 3 50$ payouts I still have yet to receive my payout has been in Que for over 6 months

I’ve had multiple withdrawals “in queue”, the first for over 2 months now, the second almost 2 months. I’ve messaged customer service twice now, most recently today. I received a response almost immediately but was not helpful at all. Basically they still have no timeline estimate and say it will be processed. When??? So frustrating! Don’t waste your time with the Benjamin App

I have had this app for almost 3years and it was great BUT Ever since they changed everything last October, it's been CRAP! I've had a payout of $39 "in que" for FIVE MONTHS NOW!!! Plus another $61 that I have not withdrew bc of this delay. Customer service is AI regenerated responses. Sad it's all a scam now.

My withdrawal for $25 has been in the payment queue since February 23. At this point it feels as if they have no intention of paying what I am owed.

This used to be a good app that paid but it is now a scam. I have been waiting 2 months for a $50 payment which is crazy and when I reach out to customer service I get a robot response. I think it is time to start a class action lawsuit for the money I paid in games to earn rewards that are not being paid.

I currently have $682 in earned funds pending on Benjamin after completing offers and activities through the app. Withdrawals are limited to $50/day and each withdrawal carries a $0.99 fee, yet my withdrawals remain pending and I have been unable to access my earnings. I have submitted multiple support tickets and emails over the past week and have only received automated responses with no meaningful update or resolution.

Don't install this app its a complete scam. Its been a month since I did my payout and I have yet to receive it. I've contacted customer support but they always say the same crap everytime

If I could give zero stars I would. They used to be great but several months ago they stopped paying out rewards. When you contact customer service, after waiting months for a payout, they give you the generic “we are working on your request”.

Promises. Promises. No actions to back them up. I have been waiting over 5 months for a payout. Same old generic responses. Customer service is sorely lacking. They even said they cannot give a timeline when payouts will be received. Go with a different app.

If I could rate this app zero stars I would. They offer rewards for playing the games on the app and then they don't let you have those rewards. I put in for a withdrawal in February and it still says it in the queue!!!!! Since the "update" it has been this way. Not getting rewards for 30 days and no payout!!!!! Customer service is a zero all you get is a generic response.

Benjamin doesn’t pay anymore. Back in January I put in a request for my $60, it is now May and I still haven’t received my money. I sent a email to customer service and was send back the same basic A.I. responds that this company use to respond to reviews in the Apple App Store.

Still waiting Benjamin. I am pretty sure that they hope I'll give up and go away but not a chance. I have been waiting over 5 months for my winnings from this company and I'm told that I am in the que. When doing some searching I found out that they are promising the new users that they will get their winnings with out going thru the que. I won the funds abiding by your rules and stipulations therefore I should receive my funds as promised. Please please don't trust this site they are a SCAM!!

Same situation my money 168 dollars is in Que. MAY 2ND I REQUEATED FUNDS ITS now MAY 11TH STILL IN QUE. ILL UPDATE THIS COMMENT WHEN AND IF I GET MY FUNDS. NOT PLAYING AGAIN OR SPENDING ANOTHER DIME ON BENJAMIN!

For whatever reason in September 2025, the app stopped paying out earnings. They said they were redoing their site to make it better. They said they will start paying December 3, 2025. Players were unable to get in queue. I didn't get in until December 9, 2025. Today is May 11th, 2026 and I still haven't been paid. Now they send emails wanting to speed up the queue by picking one of 2 things. Either be a new user to another app or buy something from the other. They made this app go way downhill. Not recommended.

I've contacted Benjamin multiple times to get my reward from 12/21/2025 and I keep getting same generic answers wanting me to contact this person then this person and so on my payment has been in queue since and they still have not paid it's been 5 months and no reward they should not be able to do this even if Google does not hold them accountable they should restrict sites like this that don't pay people spend the time to get the rewards they work for

Waiting 7 months for payment from October 2025. 4 separate withdrawal requests, all "pending" and "in queue". Customer service is nonexistent and service address is in New York, while Developers are overseas in FINLAND. Supposedly a financial tech company that got a Huge investment of capital while stiffing their players!

Guys, when you had the old payment system, it worked. I received the 25.00 to my bank account through ACH in seven days. Now that you changed things, they have to be in queue? If I work surveys on other sites, the max I wait is ten days for a PayPal payment. Some, it's the same day. Waiting more than that is unacceptable. I have been waiting since January of 2026 for a pay out and it is now May 2026. I don't want to degrade the quality of the battery of my phone if you are going to not pay out at all. I think you need to take a step back and see what is wrong with the new system. This was supposed to be something better, but it's not. I have sent tickets. The first one you responded, but the second you ignored.

I've been waiting 5 months for multiple pay outs now. (We had to split them because of their limits.) Nothing but lies from customer support about being escalated.

This app used to be great. I’ve withdrawn multiple times and would have the money in my bank account within days. It was great. I now have $400 sitting in “queue” for transfer. And another $170 in my account. It’s been 3 money since my latest transfer which I still haven’t received. I don’t think anyone will receive money from this app anymore. I’m honestly surprised they are still operating and haven’t been shut down or sued.

It has been almost 6 months. Same excuse "they are in the queue." I stopped being able to process funds for a while in 2025. Then I could process them in Dec but now they just sit there. I think the app became spam.
