This has been on my cat’s menu for years now and she absolutely loved it! She would get excited when there was a new delivery! The formula has now changed and my cat was not initially happy!! She seemed quite upset by the change but decided to give it a try although now seems to have gone off it again! I couldn’t introduce it gradually as we had run out of the original so hopefully her digestion will not be affected! I’m really not sure about this new recipe and we had just bought 2 1.8kg bags!***

The subscription works well and the dog food arrives on time with no issues.

Quick delivery and my dog loves it. He normally grazes slowly but gobbles this up in one go. I was happy it came in a box as it’s more discreet for nosy neighbours.

Needed early delivery for our subscription. The process was seamless. Continuing happily fed. Eco friendly dog.

Ive used Benevo poop bags for several years and find them very good.

The samples arrived quickly and our nearly 15 year old cavapoo took to them straight away! Very hard to adjust their diet gradually as she simply ate all the Benevo and refused to touch her old food (which she had been struggling with). Immediately ordered a 1.8kg bag and we haven't looked back. She clearly loves the food and has become generally more excitable and life-loving ❤️...and though jumping around probably isn't the best for her arthritic hind legs, she seems too happy to care!

My cats love the food, I love the company's ethos, and the food is reasonably priced and arrived soon after ordering.

The service from Benevo is great. The product is quality, delivery is speedy and customer service is 10/10

I’ve been using this product for around seven years, and my dog have always loved it. It feels great knowing we’re giving her healthy, nutritious food.

Benevo has recently made its bags of dry dog food smaller and it is now much worse value. As if vegan dog food wasn't expensive enough already! Fortunately, there are other brands available at better value.

How could I give anything but 5 stars! The customer service agent Charles, has been so helpful, not just once but consistently! Thank you. And the dogs and cats love the vegan food (oh and the hens love the vegan biscuits too lol)

Monty our Beagle loves the wet food and at 10 years old he still has the energy of a youngster. I love that it's both healthy and tasty for him.

Arrived in good time. The sample bags were not in sealed pre-manufactured bags which didn’t look as healthy. The food was liked by all the pets. But one got diarrhoea from the biscuits so I’m unable to purchase again. If Benevo created a biscuit for sensitive stomachs, I would try them again. Happy to offer Plantbased pet food to my pets.
