Had my first GP appointment with a Dr…
Had my first GP appointment with a Dr today who I could hardly hear and it turned out to be a complete waste of my time as every question I asked he was not prepared to offer any opinion as he said he does not have access to my medical records. This was a surprise to me. I natively assumed Benenden Health do this in the background as I am now thinking whatever health issue you call in with surely the scenario would be the same ??? What is the point t of the GP service ?? I can only assume it is for a GP to prescribe anti biotics in sn emergency.

The service is very helpful for members who need advice for a new health issue, or if you need a prescription. The 24/7 access also allows members to gain healthcare advice at any time of day or night, which provides peace of mind in those stressful situations. We do recommend booking an appointment with your local GP for an ongoing health concern, as they have your medical records to hand. Also, if you need a physical examination, as our 24/7 GP is either a video or phone call.

A very understanding doctor who showed compassion for my particular issues and listened to me. I felt understood and valued as the doctor took time to explain my health issue and what was best to help me. He was able to send medication quickly and efficiently which helped me with my particular health issue quickly

Received an appointment fairly quickly…
Received an appointment fairly quickly to see ENT consultant who recommended me for a head MRI being claustrophobic I was not looking forward to. I had nothing to worry about as staff were very supportive. From seeing the ENT consultant to test results everything went very smoothly. Very happy with the care given.

I would have waited for nine months for an MRI but for Benenden Health .
The process is simple and straightforward, they require your GP referral and then they take the load off you, send you a list of high reputable clinics to choose from. What a service ! Thank you

A very quick and painless service
A very quick and reassuring response to an issue that had an 18 months waiting list on the NHS.
From initial contact, to the final consultants views, the service was reassuring and completed within 6 weeks, and that was due to me having a two weeks holiday in the middle of the diagnosis.
