Great hospital, clean, calm and respectful staff that treat you like a human. Never overly crowded and appointments run usually to time.

Cataract surgery
I am very pleased with all dealings with Benenden Health and have already recommended them to my friends. Staff are helpful and courteous and waiting times for decision making very quick. I have been extremely happy with my cataract surgery and after care.

Being able to see and speak face to face with a GP at a time to suit is just perfect. Very easy to arrange and exactly on time. Faultless.

Very easy process when phoning to arrange diagnostic tests. Staff were amazing and very empathetic. It reduces the stress of a long and often distressing wait on the NHS. The only downside is you cannot utilise the app if you are the second named person on a joint membership.
