Customer services specifically Coach Mark was exceptional! He was quick to respond and answer all my questions and get issues resolve quickly!

I ordered this for my husband for Father's Day. It never arrived. The shipping information has said "out for delivery" since 6/1/26. Today is 7/8/26. I have put in 3 separate help requests. They're all marked as completed without even an email being sent. The customer service from this company is horrific. Literally stole over $100 from me and won't even pretend they care.

I was extremely disappointed with both this product and the customer service I received.

Shortly after receiving the product, I contacted GolfDaddy because the app did not perform as expected, making the product largely unusable for its intended purpose. I requested to return it within the return period, but instead of a straightforward return process I was asked to complete a number of additional steps before being given a return address. Unfortunately, due to personal family circumstances I was unable to complete those steps at the time.

Months later, when I attempted to use the product again, the tripod mechanism failed during normal use. I contacted customer support again, explaining both the original app issues and the broken tripod.

Although they acknowledged my dissatisfaction, they refused to offer a refund because they said the order was now outside their 30-day return period. Their only solution was to send a replacement tripod, despite my original complaint always being that the app made the product unusable.

My experience is that the company is more focused on adhering to its policies than resolving legitimate customer dissatisfaction. I appreciate that businesses need policies, but I don’t believe enough consideration was given to the fact that I raised my concerns shortly after receiving the product.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the after-sales support.

Although my package was lost, Coach Mark was prompt to respond, fix the issue and reship one to get it to me on time. I know my boyfriend will love it!

Coach Mark was in constant communication with me for the entire return process. My return was handled very quickly, and the refund credited my card the same day I provided the return tracking number.

While I wish the Golf Daddy training device would’ve been more suitable for my needs, I was at least able to try it out.

I ordered the simulator mat as a Father's Day gift for my golf enthusiast dad. Unfortunately, due to ceiling fans and furniture, he was not able to use it. The team at Golf Daddy, especially Coach Mark, were very easy to work with on a return and my refund was quickly processed. I can't speak to the actual product, but the customer service was great.

I ordered Golf Daddy for my husband's 80th birthday. I thought it would be great for him to play golf in the air-conditioned house instead of the Texas heat.
I neglected to see the version of IPhones supported by the Golf Daddy app.
As soon as I discovered that we would not be able to use the Golf Daddy app I contacted support, Coach Mark responded immediately. Sent a return authorization and walked me through the return process.

Shipping was timely. Support has been great. I think they could better emphasize the need for good quality lighting in their marketing materials. I believe that is what is delaying setup for me so I will try to install the inexpensive lights I got yesterday and see if that fixes the issue.

From start to finish, the process of requesting a refund was easy and prompt. Any and all correspondence was handled with care and kindness which was appreciated because it is not always that way!

Coach Nikki was a tremendous help in helping my wife and I make an informed decision on the purchase of a golf simulator. Her insight and experience were invaluable in providing informed information to help us in our purchase. She was a very responsive communicator and was able to breakdown the pros and cons of different systems, helping my wife get comfortable with her purchase.

We received the product but the tripod unfortunately broke on the first use. We are not sure why, but I contacted Golf Daddy and Mark was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem and he expedited a new tripod to us. He made it so easy which is hard to come by these days! Thanks, Coach Mark!
