I think the course is too complicated…
I think the course is too complicated to follow. I got stressed just trying to keep up with all the tasks.Some of the tasks were quite irritating e.g the body scan. I found the Headspace app more helpful.

Be mindful really helped me regain control of my emotions. I have found that mindfulness does actually help after being a little sceptical. My advice with it is to really stick to it, it will help set you up with a different mindset. Thank you to Tessa and Ed.
Don't give up.
For me, the processes have helped me ground and control myself better.
I have been struggling with a lot of different issues right across my current life.
I had been suffering from severe panic attacks and anxiety attacks.
This course I believe you get out what you put in.
It took me a while to adjust to the ideas at first I found them nonsensical.
But once you invest yourself and are willing to practise the ideals displayed I do believe they help.
Is the course for everyone - absolutely not, it depends on your situation and whether the ideals suit you and your life.
Do I think you should try if you're struggling.
Yes! I think personally it's a case of helping your mental state relax and let go of your problems even for a little while just to ease your stresses.
Whilst it won't fix your problems it will help bring you back to the fact you're surviving and trying!
And that I think is the most important thing in life.
It's achievable without stress
I found the course to be well presented in clear and helpful ways via video guidance with calm voices and brief, clear written material.
The course is not pressured and can be completed in one's own time and at one's own pace. Highly recommended.

I am back to work now and the practices on this course have set me up to cope with the day to day problems that happen . I dint get as stressed as i use to thanks to the techniques i have learned

Kick start the healing right away.
This was a useful tool which I was able to engage with straight away. A good level of activities which are scheduled into a four week course with videos, audio and email updates and reminders. A useful journal enables you to keep track of additional thoughts and challenges along the way.

It makes you think and realise that you really need to take time for yourself and live in the moment, and that worries are just that worries, they are not actually happening its just your thoughts

First of all, I felt safe with you guys .
I really came away with ideas of how to look after my mind, body and soul .
Gentle programs with no pressure but need to be committed to do. Keeping on the course until the end, kept me focused. Left Be Mindful with tools in hand to use when necessary. Would definitely recommend .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not very good course
Not very good course, just constrained on breathing and silly things about feeling the texture of a raisin in the mouth plus other mindless procedures. Sorry but not for me. A waste of my time.

A good short course that really helped…
A really good short course that helped me through a really tough time. Well presented videos explained the logic behind the thinking along with useful practical exercises to complete. Helpful regular support motivated you to continue from the support team via email which encouraged me in those moments when I was doubting my intentions. Not all the exercises in the programme were useful but you can pick and choose the ones that are beneficial to you from your library once logged in. I will keep doing some of the exercises especially body scan and sitting meditation although I did this lying down.
Life Saver
I found Be Mindful at the perfect time. I was really struggling with life and they helped keep me focused on the present, rather than worrying and stressing about things out of my control. I still have problems but I'm dealing with them a bit better. They checked in with me at the beginning of the course but it would have been nice to check in with me at different times during. The on line course is great but I still need someone to talk to.
