Hello, the over all format of the course was great. Very simple and clear making it largely accessible to a majority of people!
My only criticism, and this mostly personal. At the beginning of the course we are told that we can take as long as we need - with a specific amount of time.
My experience wasn’t felt like that, as soon as I wasn’t engaged in for more than two days - the emails of gentle reminders come! While I understand that the course needs engagement to keep the momentum flowing.. for me it felt a bit pressured. To be clear I was working through the course and felt I could do that , and the course so could be relatively relaxed about it.. that’s just my personal opinion and taking in to account I work shifts! However once I found my own momentum it was a much better flow, for me:) That doesn’t take anything away from the course material - which I did get a lot from. If I could say one thing I learned - was how to be still..

Nothing to lose by giving it a try. A lot of useful techniques and some self awareness to gain.
Staying in the present
The program taught me to stay in the present. Living in the past or focusing on the future doesn't allow me to care for my self in the moment. We live moment to moment and if we aren't in the moment we are not in connection with ourselves. They break down meditation and help me learn how to control my thoughts, sensations, and emotions while breathing and being ok with whatever is going on around me. Practice the techniques, and I'm sure you will have an excellent experience.

Empathetic, patient and diligent service which understands some may procrastinate or find it generally difficult to commit to the experience. Rewarding overall.
Useful course
Clear activities to support mindfulness. Sometimes they were too long and difficult to find time for. Mid week check ins were really helpful.
Fulfilling Awareness
No pressure to complete course easy to access and very well presented. This has been 1 of the best well being courses I have ever took part in . I am now still much more aware of my mind and feel the breathing techniques support this to try and let go but ok not too. The physical activity were also useful I love the sensation on my mindful walking I feel refreshed after my walk good about myself. Thank you guys was a very enjoyable course and I am very happy with my mindful experience and will continue my mindfulness journey .

The movement around the online page is not always straight forward. Could have an easier ‘move back’, instead of going out and coming back in.
Content was good, but it presumes no prior knowledge. Sometimes boring. Some meditations are far too long.
Not something I can use day to day
Not something I can use day to day. I found it hard to understand, why I was doing it and how is it helping me? After completing the course I still find myself asking the same questions.
