Placed an order on the 30th as a gift. Today is the 10th of September. I have called in thrice. Everytime ive been told that “it’s been escalated” and “would be delivered within 24-48hours. Today I reached out on WhatsApp so someone named ABHAY casually mentioned again it’s going to be delivered within 48hrs and this has been “escalated”
I called in the third time today and the advisor mentioned some of the products are out of stock and once they are re-stocked the order will be delivered.
I’ve got only one thing to say, don’t take orders if you can’t fulfill them and also if at all it’s out of stock have the “courtesy” of informing me beforehand so that I can go and physically go to a store and buy it.
Pathetic way of handling online deliveries.
As much as I love the product and the perseverance of the guy who relentlessly travelled all around to take reviews (insta reels), I whole heartedly resent how his team is handling things for deliveries and inventory management.
Now waiting for my order that was supposed to be given as a gift tomorrow the 11th which I know is not going to be delivered.
Thank you for nothing!
They have no where mentioned on their IG page that they do not take the products return, refund or replacement. I ordered a flexi-box in which I received a wrong product and oh good lord! I requested, pleaded did every possible thing to get the right product in the box but no!
They were okay to loose a customer.
Hated the brand.
Hated the service.
I regret investing my hard earned saving in this brand.
I purchased nicolips lip scrub from Bella Vita Organic. The result was amazing. It took some time to show the effect but overall result was good.
