The new shape and size of bars no longer fit in the storage containers. Why change something that's not broken? I have been a customer for many years, but will not buy again. They also do not have any new containers available at all. Having said that, even if they did I would not buy any. Great way to lose long standing customers Ethique!

I have used Ethique products for several years, after realizing how many plastic bottles our family was “recycling” every year. We love the quality of the shampoos, conditioners and body washes.

Great customer service! They go above and beyond. Earlier this year, the had a sale through a third party. One of my regular products was out of stock on day one. I emailed Ethique lamenting my situation. Mostly to let them know. However they responded with a special link to their website offering me the same discount.

Amazing products! Used them for years and love them all.

I didn’t receive an item I ordered (email said delivered) so I reached out to customer service. The team there is just amazing. 10/10 recommend just on how they responded. They looked into my order and sent out a new one within a few days.

While the company values and environmental impact are fantastic, the brand refresh is disappointing. Significant changes made to existing formulations in addition to the discontinuation of their minis (ideal for discovering which product works best for you) makes it hard for customers to find the right bars.
I've purchased this brand regularly for years, but was only just made aware of the refresh recently when I visited their website.
Given the number of other brands in the solid product space with similar values and environmental impact, I hope this was the right choice for this company.

Doesn't lather, and left my hair dull looking. What is the point in a soap/ shampoo that doesn't lather? Much better shampoo bars out there than Ethiques.

I love what ethique stands for and how easy it is to travel with their products. However I have found their website and records points very hard to navigate and the website keeps having IT problems.

I’ve been using the Ethique bars for 3 months and I am a total convert to shampoo and conditioner bars. I was most skeptical about conditioner bars but these work like a dream. There is definitely a slight change in hair washing technique when I moved to bars but it was easy.
I think the company ethos and brand is great, I contacted their customer services with a question about which bars would be best for my hair type and they were so helpful. The best customer service I’ve had from a company in a long while. Highly, highly recommend them.

Their shampoo bars are of amazing quality and one of the only brands to be transparent about ingredients and where they come from. I love that they have a range for curly hair too :)

Excellent service. This was the first time I had ordered directly from Ethique and the products arrived securely packaged within three days. The Bliss Bar solid face cleanser is my favourite face wash for my dry & sensitive skin.

Customer service is great!!! I've been using Ethique bars for quite a while and absolutely love them! However, I've been having a problem lately with the Heali Kiwi not working like it used to.

I reached out to their team explaining my problem & heard back within a few hours. The representative was so kind and asked me several questions about my hair type and needs — then created a free order for 3 mini bars based on what I said!

I really just wanted advice or answers to my questions, so this made me feel like the rep went above & beyond to help me find products that work.

Good for the planet and good for my hair. Items arrived quickly, as described and work well for me. Products may seem expensive but they last a long time so definitely worth it.

I recently purchased an Ethique solid face cleanser from holland and barrett that unfortunately had been heat damaged during transportation or storage which meant it didn't work as it was supposed to. I contacted the customer support team who were immediately attentive and helpful and my issue was dealt with by a person called Maisie who was extremely helpful and resolved this so quickly. I have sensitive skin and the face cleanser that I had bought has since been discontinued so Maisie suggested an alternative face cleanser as a replacement (or any other ethique product of my choice). I discussed my eczema prone skin with Maisie who sent me a couple of products which was extremely generous and helpful, and overall since e-mailing Ethique for the first time about this product on Saturday the 10th of December, I received the replacement products on Sunday the 18th of December. Considering there is currently a postal strike on in the UK and these products were only posted on the Monday, I thought this was exceptional service and showcased the customer care and passion for great service shown by Ethique.
I knew even when I first tried the damaged face cleanser that this wasn't representative of Ethique's quality as I've used their products before, and having now dealt with the customer service team that view has been strongly reinforced. Thank you Ethique and particularly thank you to Maisie for resolving this quickly and efficiently.

Their product range is unbelievable- I've now been using them for roughly 4 months. The bars really do last and they are well worth the money! The scents are incredible and their customer service team are infallible. For all natural, economic friendly products... they don't miss out on being effective. My hair and body has never been happier... silky smooth and no toxins!

A must buy and try and my go to product range now! I won't be looking elsewhere - I am one satisfied customer!

I love the Bliss Bar face cleanser, it lasts ages, I think I had my last one around a year, and used it every day to wash my face! I have quite combination skin and it doesn't make my skin oily nor dry out, it's a great balance and works really well for me. I've now repurchased!

I just got my plastic free July mystery box and talk about value for money! I actually got $100 of product for $20! I have been a regular shopper with Ethique for a little over 2 years now and it really does feel good that I dont have to waste like I used to.
I have tried probably half of the products in that time purely because they last so long! It might seem a bit expensive initially but how long they last really makes it cheaper than the crappy shampoo and conditioner I used to use.
Because of there very generous rewards program I got my mystery box from $50 down to $20 with the rewards from previous purchases which is second to none with other reward programs.
I love thats they keep innovating and developing new products to further reduce waste and I hope one day soon that only products like this will be available so plastic waste is not an issue.
Highly recommended to everyone!

A model company who has every aspect of sustainability and ethics covered. I have been using their products for years and even though some have not worked for me the ones that have are better than any other brands I've tried. Their customer service is top class, when I had a problem with the ingredients listed differently on my product to anywhere else on the internet they apologised due to not updating their ingredients list and sent me two products for free, which I was not expecting.

Excellent customer service! Had a panic about a Christmas present that was delayed and got in touch with customer service who resolved it in record time to make sure the present arrived in time. Thank you for a great service. Great products, the only shampoo bar I have tried that I’ve actually liked.
