The repair was done under warranty and I asked for advice on maintenance which will hopefully prove very useful.

As far I can see service carried out appropriately Delay in working being done which attracted a discount

Great job - fitted flow control lever to new Classika. Great machine and the lever is very handy to have - particularly when dialling in a new bean and you know its wrong, flow control to the rescue! Supposed to be particularly good for single origin, but not got to that adventure yet. Thank you BB.
