Ordered an item, contacted the company for a refund and was fobbed off numerous times and wouldnt give me the contact details to make a return! I wouldnt even give it 1 star! Do not buy from this company!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible quality items, terrible customer service, they make it impossible to return to a refund. Wish I had read these reviews before. A lesson learnt. DO NOT BUY FROM BELEZZA #Belezza#crapclothing

Finally received it as they would not just stop the order before it left China!!!!
It is cheap tat and dies not fit!!
After 5 emails requesting a returns label and refund they finally replied stating I measure the dress!!!!! Appalling

I paid £6.00 delivery which is a lot for delivery, 1 week later I’m still waiting, I wish I had looked on the reviews before I bought of them, awful service.

THIS IS NOT A UK STORE ITS A CHINESE CHEAP STAFF , ITEM TOOK 2WEEKS TO ARRIVE FROM CHINA REALLY BAD QUALITY FOR THE PRICE WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND EVRY TIME THEY COME UP WITH SOMETHING TO MAKE ME KEEP THE ITEM AND DONT GET REFUND

They are a cheap, Hong Kong based company. The products are rubbish, and they don’t provide returns information when requested. So it is just a waste of money. Don’t buy from them.

Unfortunately I hadn’t looked at the Trustpilot reviews prior to making a purchase. I purchased a linen dress from Belezza site and when it arrived 12-days later it is a 95% polyester 5% spandex mix! I try to avoid purchasing man-made fibres which I why I purchased linen. I believe the company is Chinese and posing as a UK-based company. The parcel was delivered via Amazon - a company I try to avoid at all costs too - and not Royal Mail as I was led to believe. I’m going to complain to trading standards as I believe Belezza’s practices are tantamount to fraud. What a waste of almost £30.

Terrible company and even worse products. I've just lost my husband. While he was ill in hospital my son offered to treat me to a decent pair of sandals for my birthday. Not wanting to leave my husband's bedside, I ordered a pair of sandals online. I thought they were a quality product from a UK company. Normally I would first read Trustpilot or Google reviews but my mind has been all over the place the last few months. When I did read the reviews here a day or two later, I tried to cancel my order but Belezza refused, claiming I'd be delighted when I received the shoes. Of course when they arrived, not only did they not fit but the quality was shocking. They aren't worth £5 let alone over £50. I contacted them but they refused to refund me, only offering a laughable 20% off my NEXT order. As if I'd ever order from them again!

USEFUL INFO - don't just accept the loss. Contact your bank for a charge back if you paid either by debit or credit card. If your bank isn't signed up to a charge back scheme, then contact the immensely helpful UK INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER CENTRE 01268 886690. Belezza is actually based in the Netherlands and UKICC told me Belezza have breached both UK and EU consumer rights and they will pursue them for a refund on your behalf.

Also they seem to trade under TrendAura and also something like Linden And Co UK London.

The photos do not match the items. EG size 39 trainers that are way too small, and shoes that are cheap compared to the photographic image. They make it incredibly difficult to send anything back. I have sent 5 emails so far asking for the return address to no avail.

Extremely bad scammers ! Purchased a dress for £50 that is not fit for purpose! Getting in touch with them they are telling me it will cost me an additional £35 to return the item ! The offer a free item at what they call a higher value but poop is poop . And I want a refund , item is not as described in the slightest ! Why are they even allowed to operate ?!?!? Don’t buy!!!!

Not even with one star. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Received sanders today that I have put in the bin. I couldn’t in all consciousness even give them to the charity shop…

FIRSTLY... they are posing as uk base but they are actually a warehouse in China.... if I could rate this company any less i would!!!!!!!!
Secondly... SCAMMERS they dont give you a refund after returned item which all in all left me £150 out of pocket!
The boot itself was £125 with delivery... when it arrived it was complete false advertisements looked absolutely nothing like "the product" i ordered... looked like it was worth £10 if that.
Then a further £25 spent on return and i still didn't get my refund..... scammers scammers SCAMMERS

Oh dear… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY… the company fronts as a genuine business “Belazza UK” trading as “CAINAIO” however I broke my own rule!
… “ If it’s too good to be true it usually is!” … in my case I purchased a hat that was reasonably priced, photographed well etc.,…
What I received after an unreasonable length of time was FAR FAR from what I believed I had purchased… Italian crafted, in reality manufactured “tat” from the far east.
Simple action… initiate payment recovery…careful with my words here… it’s an “alleged” FRAUD / SCAM…

So “if it’s too good to be true it usually is!” … your choice.

0 star actually, complete rip off. Not a UK company as they state on their website. Ordered what they stated on the website was a pair of orthopaedic shoes. When they arrived they were the cheapest tat you could imagine, not in a box just the cheap wrapper. I am going to see if my bank can help.

I had a very frustrating experience with Belezze. The item I received looked nothing like the photo on their website, and the sizing was completely off. I contacted their customer service multiple times requesting a refund, but instead of offering real assistance, they kept sending irrelevant promotional offers. Eventually, they claimed I had missed the return window—despite my repeated efforts to get a response in time.

This felt like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid responsibility. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Be cautious before placing an order.

Without question the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of buying from. Be warned.

It's not UK at all . its cheap china goods. nothing like the photo. scam. avoid at all costs. i never received goods. paid for the scam insurance too. never again.

Basically what everyone else has said.. This company are masquerading as a UK company, citing Royal Mail as delivery provider to substantiate their lies.. They actually ship their cheap and nasty tat from China via Yodel. The dress I received is nothing like the picture, cheap material, fit for the bin. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Fortunately I purchased through PayPal who refunded my money. SCAMMERS

Not even worth 1 star. Absolutely disgusting shameful crowd. Iten not as pictured or described its a plie of trash and being returned, avoid. Ivwill be contacting my bank to take action
