I didn't check the company before buying. The company misleads with its name; not a UK company but Chinese operated outfit.

Constructs a story about a 30 year family business closing down. Makes substandard counterfeits from on decent photos on their site.

Takes upto 3 weeks to arrive from China. The clothing is unwearable: transparent material, not linen as adverised but polycotton in the case of two items. In the case of a two others, they were unrecognisable from the image in terms of colour and shape.

They block the returns process almost entirely and insist on offering minor discounts. When refused, they offered £12.70 refund from a £147 because of return costs. Return postage would never be paid to the company but to a postal company so another attempt to blatantly take customer money fraudulently.

This company is brazen and should be taken down.

Terrible product, terrible service. Ordered a brown size 12 trainer, and received a leopard print size ten flimsy pair or things you can barely call shoes. Customer service is terrible and want me to pay £35 to return the item which only cost me £42. Clear breach of trading standards who I will be reporting this matter too AVOID

Beware of scammers, I ordered sandals 3 weeks ago and they haven't even delivered them, they cheat me every day, I've already resigned myself to it, but what should I do with people like them who know how to work better with the Internet, put them on all social networks, otherwise they'll get caught, and others like us, they're just bandits, mafia

I order orthopedic safety trainers,i was waiting nearly 3weeks,when i finally received one of the safety trainers was with defect.My above feet after surgery so that’s why i ordered othopedic shoes for job to feel comfortable all day,but i was shocked when i got the safety shoes,it’s absolutely china fabric quality zero.I was asking to return and get my money back,but they said postage fees about 35£,i was shoked again,when they said i need to send it to China address.Sorry but i was bought from Beleza website but not from China originaly.So abset,so just if you eould like to save your time nervous try to find something better than this China factory.

Do not purchase from this company. They are fraudulent. The Boots i have been sent are plastic - they are advertised as wool and leather. I have paid £40.49 and will now need to contact my Bank and report it. Wish i had looked at the google reviews first :(

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 26th June on the 07th July I was told it had been delivered but I did not get it. The postcode I gave would be enough to bring the courier to this building. There is a concierge to the block and I was in from 1pm that day. My letter telling the company got one response saying they are looking into it etc. then nothing. Reading the other reviews now, I have lost hope of getting it especially as Belezza are now going out of business.

The jacket arrived after x3 weeks. It was faulty to the point of being unwearable. I was offered a replacement but quite frankly didn’t want to wait another x3 weeks. I supplied photos and asked for a refund, I was told I would have to return the jacket back to China at my expense which could be £35 only then would they refund me. I was offered 30% and keep the garment so opted for that as I didn’t want the continued hassle. At no point did they accept the fault was on their side. I should had read the reviews before I bought! I would not buy anything from this company in the future! Order placed 04/06 partial refund received 03/07

Awful company, the linen dress I ordered is not what I received it is not linen, it’s cheap poly cotton and nowhere near the quality or style of the photos they promote on the selling site. Not even UK based and delivered by Amazon who I also avoid!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a jacket from what I thought was a UK (their email address would imply that), or European at most company. But no, they are a cheap fraudulent company from somewhere in China.
I was originally sent a fake tracking number, which I got onto Paypal about, Paypal originally issued a refund under their policy, however this forced the company to send an item, which upon arrival is clearly not the material it is advertised as, it is a badly made 'square' looking garment that does not resemble the item ordered. I have been trying to arrange a return for nearly two weeks now, to which they are trying to avoid threatening me with £35 delivery costs back to them. And now Paypal have taken the money from me again! Despite being in dispute. PLEASE AVOID BELAZZA AT ALL COSTS

Terrible fraudulent company, stay clear. When my item eventually arrived it is not the same as the enticing photo on their site, similar but cheap, badly sewn and just awful.
They will not refund, offered me another item free but that I’m sure is just a ruse and will either not arrive or will also be terrible quality.
I will just have to write off the money and admit I have been scammed. I will be reporting to trading standards as they are misleading that it’s a UK company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Wished I had read the reviews first. Website looks like you are buying from UK.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes. One pair you could not fasten as strap to short Bellezza Orthepidic leather shoe and 2nd pair not a proper size 5, was way too small. I now have to look for something else on the site otherwise I have to fork out postage to China or loose my money.

I ordered a coat which took weeks to come. When it did it was not as described on the website. Upon contacting them, I was promised a partial refund or would have to return the garment to China at my own cost! Despite constant emails to their customer service (interestingly managed by a woman called Karen) no refund has been forthcoming. Don’t waste your money! This company should be avoided at all costs. Poor quality product which took six weeks to arrive, was ill fitting and there was very slow or no response when customer service contacted.

Ordered some footwear , ordered never arrived.
22 emails later and they are asking me for £8 postage to send out another pair , I’ve hit them with consumer rights and still they put it back on me , I’ve given them one more chance and I don’t hold out any hope , what a joke of a company , this is just the start with review , I’m going Facebook I’m going X , and Reditt , they can’t sue me because everything I’m going to post 100% truth , absolute fricking joke of a company , finally I’ll find out where they are based and visit them personally

I was scammed out of £89.99 by this company. I placed an order and never received the item or even a tracking number – it’s now been over 10 days. I contacted them asking for a refund, and they told me I’d have to pay £35 to return the item... which I never received in the first place!

They claim to be based in the UK, but they’re actually based in the Netherlands under the name Dekker Enterprises B.V. This is extremely misleading.

I've since found out I’m not the only one – they’ve scammed loads of people in the same way. Just check other reviews on TripAdvisor and other review sites.

I’ve reported them, and I strongly urge others to do the same. Companies like this should not be allowed to keep operating. It's not fair that people are losing their money like this with no support.

Please avoid this site and save yourself the stress and financial loss.

No wonder they’re selling up! Awful company. Website says you have 30 days for a full refund. What they don’t say is they charge you £35 to return! What business charges £35 to return goods? Especially when they are based in the uk? I didn’t read the reviews stupidly - please don’t do what I did! Do not use, don’t give them your money because you won’t get it back!

I was very wary of this companies reading reviews,after I had placed my first order with them and I was worried I wouldn’t get boots or they would be poor quality. I tracked my order and no problem frequent updates and I just could not believe they were delivered yesterday. Oh yes and I am delighted with them good fit, comfortable very attractive boots. Great company from ordering to delivery.i recommend them.

Ordered a pair of sandals at a sale price. They have charged me full price. The item is cheap and shabby, I wanted to return for a full refund. They’re refusing return, but offering 50% refund. I don’t hold out on this one bit. Complete scam, I feel very discombobulated.
PayPal won’t let you open a dispute, so they managed to get round that too!

And still waiting after 9 days, never ever use this company folks.

Alert!!! I could not rate this company in the worst ever way. They are an absolute SCAM! Please, do not purchase anything from it as they only take your money and do not respect any of the conditions they state o. There I trust lot website. I ordered sandals that took ages to arrive( china) and when I wanted to return them they would only offer me other products instead of my money back - I had given up.

Ordered some trainers that were supposed to have arch support. What has arrived (after a 2 week wait) is incredibly flimsy, flat, very cheap shoes that are too small.
