Fails after a few uses.

I regret purchasing this product with a limited lifespan. I hardly used it and when I tried to charge it up recently, the device failed. It's out of the warranty period and the manufacturer offers no solutions other than to suggest upgrading to a newer model. BTW, I found it more useful on my bicycle than on my motorcycle. The turn indicators usually don't activate until you are right at the intersection. It's fine on a low speed bicycle, but pretty much useless when traveling at speed on a motorcycle. Cheaply made and feels like a toy.

My Beeline Moto 2 finally gave up last…

My Beeline Moto 2 finally gave up last week with a hardware error which caused the screen to go black/blank and be unusable despite resetting and trying to update via the app. This happened about 50 miles from home so I was back to old school navigation of general direction setting. It was the expensive £180 gun metal grey version and I have used it successfully for several thousands of miles on all my bikes recently. I was particularly gutted to check my receipt once home and it was three weeks over the 1 year warranty period. Typical! I began steeling myself to pay for a new one.

I checked in with the support team and my heart initially sank as they have a one working day turn around time with no one to talk to immediately but a bot. I wasn’t hopeful until they got back to me the following day.

These guys are simply delightful. After going through sending them a video of the issue and providing a copy of my original receipt they offered me a free of charge refurbished replacement device without me even asking. All I had to do was to send my broken one back via registered post and email them a copy of my postage receipt / tracking number.

They even dispatched my refurbished one before mine had been returned. The only cost to me was my postage (theirs was free).

Outstanding customer service #beeline. If only everyone cared this much. Thank you.

Small, smart, simple and humble device

Small, smart, simple. Easy to use and an smooth design, easy interface. Was looking for a replacement for my ugly and troublesome phone-frame on my bike. Found it in this nice little thing.
Had some troubles with my account, fault on my side, but the superb support dept helped me out.

Happy long term biker

Have had their Moto II for almost 2 years, ridden all across Europe with it to full satisfaction. Through bad luck it developed a hardware issue so I had to contact support which was a very refreshing pleasant surprise. Things were solved smooth, friendly and hassle free and I'm back on the road in less than a week. Would absolutely recommend both the product and company to anybody.

Used beeline moto 2 for first time 10…

Used beeline moto 2 for first time 10 minutes into journey the screen as gone stripey and dull this looks like a common fault reading on the Facebook page
Beeline customer service is terrible don't want to help so I'm left with a £175 paper weight

We have had a look through your ticket with the team and can see that your purchase has been made elsewhere - while it is our product, as explained in our 'Warranty and Returns' page, the warranty is the responsibility of the point of purchase. We are sure that if you get in touch with the shop the device was bought with directly, they will be happy to get your device replaced through warranty :)

If you do have issues with this, you are always more than welcome to let the team know, and we will do what we can from our side to ensure that this is sorted properly.

Beeline stepped up when needed

Beeline isn’t like regular gps devices. It’s simple, small, and gives just the information I need while allowing me to focus on the ride without spoiling the lines of the bike.

The Moto II pairs with an app on my phone which drives the navigation and gps fix, records routes and gives great insights. The app wasn’t without flaws, and when I did spot a critical bug and found what triggered it (notification beeps crashing the voice navigation) I reported the issue via Beeline’s live chat.
The technical team replicated the issue quickly and released a fix within a few weeks, stating in touch throughout and checking that the fix worked for me.

They were well mannered, friendly, and took the issue seriously despite not being a known issue. I’d like to thank Beeline for developing a great little device, and their positive response when things weren’t working as intended.

I had a hardware problem with my…

I had a hardware problem with my device, with a particular error hard to fix. I’m living in Brazil. Technical service just told me to discard the device and they sent my a new one. It arrived incredibly fast. This is one of the best customer service I have received in my life.

Device not working properly

Problem with device when received as it wouldn't show navigation. Their support advised me and quickly I now have the device displaying everything properly without having to return the device. Very easy to use and with a simple bike computer it gives me all I need. I have a Garmin but that is now redundant.

Great Product Backed by Great Support

I had a great experience with their support team. The response time was excellent, and the communication was always courteous and professional.
The issue I was facing was resolved quickly after their guidance, and everything is now working perfectly. It’s reassuring to see a company stand behind its product and provide such efficient assistance.
Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Long time Beeline Moto user

I had a Beeline Moto since at least 2020 and replaced it with a Moto II last year (2025). I have used them under all sorts of conditions and for several thousand miles. When the 1st gen Moto died (early 2025), support from Beeline (communication, options for repair vs, replacement, etc.) was always clear, prompt, and solution-oriented for me, the customer. I appreciate the simplicity of the hardware and the direct interface with the software too. My most recent interaction with Beeline stems from a unit failure. After gathering the information, I was pleased that the company offered to replace the unit upon return of the defective one. I was completely surprised that Beeline, unprompted, offered to reimburse me for the postage.

Beeline: an excellent idea that needs to be developed and supported

Beeline has helped me discover a satisfying way to ride my motorcycle. The idea of ​​this little device is intriguing, and its development deserves support. I've had a few issues, and support has been prompt and courteous. I hope many two-wheel enthusiasts can use it to enhance the development of both the (very good) app and the hardware.

Keep up with the expectations

First I really enjoy the type of product they offer: unique. Then It's not just the product but also the app behind that is complete; for sure enough to enjoy a trip. I have the Moto 2 in metal and all the quality construction is very awesome and the dimensions and style is perfect for my Brixton 500. In thees days I had to deal with the customer service fo a warranty and they were super! Quinck in the answers and in dealing with all the procedure. Absolutely recommend!
(4 and not 5 because there is always space for improvement)

Spectacular Service

Beeline’s customer service was excellent from start to finish. The team was quick to respond, listened carefully, and solved my issue without any back and forth. Everything was explained clearly and I felt genuinely supported throughout the process. It is refreshing to deal with a company that values your time and actually follows through. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money product & customer service

Excellent value for money product. I am not good with technology but the Velo 2 is simple to use and it does everything I need functionality wise. This is backed up by exemplar customer service. Chapeau Beeline keep doing what you are doing as you are nailing it.

Screen on Beeline Moto II stopped…

Screen on Beeline Moto II stopped working after 15 months and 3000 miles of use. Problem seems hardware failure due to design, however Beeline refuse to repair for free – even as many riders have found the hard way it's a hardware fault – not a problem with how it is used.

In addition the map service is locked to their own App (so they can charge you monthly fees) and it works worst than Google, or Waze so you end up riding into blocked roads often.

Abysmal customer service

Bought through their Australian website. Order #1182.

The product itself is good. The customer service is abysmal. My first interaction with them was met with a cut and paste ChatGPT response. And this was to inform them that my app didn't work as intended.

Then, after hardly any uses, the unit failed and was unable to be turned on. I never mentioned wanting a refund, mailed it back to them thinking they would assess it and let me know my options.

Instead, they refunded me without checking my details, and sent the money back to a credit card I had cancelled months prior.

They now claim that they have already refunded me, and it's not their problem. Beeline owes me the cost of a Moto II and regardless of if they pay it or not, I will never be dealing with them again.

Looking back, it appears you were provided the necessary information, the updates on the app just took some time to properly resolve the issue you were experiencing. We don't take this lightly, so we will be sure to do all we can to make sure those remain accurate in the future.
