Beeline was Great
Beeline was Great! They were supportive in all questions I had about my order (it was dropped off at a location different than I expected). Even though it was not directly involved with their end, they helped me navigate with the courier to find it. Loved the product even more when I got it!

Product does not work the way it was advertised
I bought a Beeline Moto II device from a local biker shop and it was advertised as a bike navigation system that works just the same as Apple or Google maps.
After using the device for a couple of months I can definitively say that it does not work the same as standard navigation systems as by what I have been told is that it doesn’t run on GPS to determine your position and instead relies on your smartphone data.
This has caused massive issues for me as I live out in the countryside and wanted to ride my bike to remote places where there is no signal anyway such as mid Wales.
After a back and forth between the local shop I bought it from and Beeline customer support themselves I have gone through all the settings they recommend changing on my phone and other methods to try and get a better signal but none of it has worked even though on their website my phone is listed as being compatible with the product.
Every time I used the device all it did was constantly lose connection and my position every 5 seconds and telling me to “reroute” even though I was on the exact route and roads it planned for me to follow.
The only times the device worked without losing signal was when I was riding in a city where the mobile data is much better.
Essentially the product was advertised as being a navigation system for bikes that works the same as conventional navigation systems only to find that it does not at all.
I would recommend that people stay well away from Beeline if they live in a rural area or wish to use the product in a rural area as it just will not work the way it was advertised.

Ich bin enttäuscht
Ich bin enttäuscht. Leider funktioniert die Audio-Ansage nicht auf deutsch. Habe mich bemüht, vom Support eine einigermaßen konkrete Aussage zu bekommen, wann das auf deutsch funktioniert. Aber die blieben trotz mehrfachen nachhakens nebulös: "Wir arbeiten dran, hat Priorität, kommt bald." Aber nichts konkretes. Meine Empfehlung: Beeline-Motorrad-Navi erst kaufen, wenn die sich richtig auf den deutschen Markt eingestellt haben.

My navigation system gave an error code (s11), I could return the product and got a new one sent very quickly.
E-mail traffic went a bit over different lines but in the end everything was perfectly resolved

Highly recommended piece of kit.
I have owned my Beeline for a while now and it has been incredible. Well made, great battery life, easy to use and a clever app. I have had to contact Support a few times and they are brilliant. No matter how many time you ask questions they always come back to you until your query is solved. Highly recommended piece of kit.

I recently switched from a Beeline to a Beeline 2 and was having a problem with the new mount adaptor on an existing mount. I emailed customer services over the weekend and got a reply on Monday which totally solved my problem. Spoiler alert! Fit adaptor into existing attached bracket and give a good twist, works perfectly. They also said if it didn't work or caused damage to mount adaptor or Moto 2 they would replace. Problem solved, another adaptor ordered for another bike now.

Velo 2 Ende 2023 defekt gekauft- jetzt anstandslos erneuert
Habe das Beeline Velo 2 Ende 2023 geschenkt bekommen und habe es erst zwei Wochen vor Ostern dieses Jahres ausprobiert, da gesundheitlich verhindert. Das Gerät stellte sich im Chat mit Beeline als defekt geliefert heraus. Mir wurde umgehend ein neues gesendet. Ich konnte es auf meiner Tour ab Ostermontag nutzen und fand es brauchbar. Im Gegensatz zu Navigationsapps wird hier der Akku nicht leergesaugt.

Had trouble with pairing / updating my…
Had trouble with pairing / updating my Velo 1 with my android phone. It turned out that this was only possible with an iPhone. So a friend helped me out and after updating the velo it runs now in my mobile phone just like my velo2. Besides this the support team did a great job and was always keen on helping me with this issue! Also encouraging me to give it a try with iOS😇. Thanks again!

Beeline Moto 2
Bought a Moto 2 instead of a ‘big’gps like tomtom/garmin.
Because it’s small it doesn’t have the same of info, but important is that you will find your way. And it doesn’t effect the look of your bike.
If you have problems their helpdesk is happy to help you.
Great little device!!!

Velo 2 is a great device but I wish it had a proper screwed/bolted on mount. Rubber bands worry me!
Easily navigated me over many routes simple & intuitive I recommend it. But beeline, please give us a better mount!

Small but beautiful
I used Moto II for the first time for a trip through France from Calais, past Paris, and then deep into the countryside.
My little Moto II friend was superbly clear and gave good warning of all approaching turns and the numbers and ‘names’ of the routes to head for through sometimes complex autoroute intersections.
Once out into the little country roads, no names or numbers were needed but my little arrow and very exact distances to the next turning removed any and all doubt.
I love this little gadget. One short charge powers it all day. Choose your route and away you go. Whenever you stop it simply ‘pops’ into your pocket to keep it safe … perfect ! … and avoids all the risks of presenting an expensive mobile phone to thieves upon your handlebars … with all the personal data and banking we keep on our phones these days, that is a real real plus 👍
I would recommend it to anyone, money well spent indeed. It does exactly what it says it does !!!

Beeline-team helped me with DPD problem
The Beeline team helped me a lot when DPD completely messed up the shipment. The consignment was supposedly left at the front door, but this was not the case. DPD's customer service was absolutely no help at all. Constant enquiries on the part of Beeline then proved successful: More than a week later, the parcel suddenly arrived. Well, just DPD. But many thanks to the really friendly staff at Beeline!

I had the Moto I and replaced with Moto II
I had the Moto I and it was working good, but when Moto II was announced, I wanted to upgrade.
The first device that was sent was faulty, but it was really easy to get in contact with Beeline and arrange a replacement. All the expenses for sending a new device and returning the faulty one were covered by Beeline so I didn't need to pay anything extra

Pretty good for what it is.
Wasn't too sure of the Moto II as I already use a Garmin Zumo when touring. However, rather than buy a 2nd mount for my other bike and the odd occasion when I volunteer for the local Blood Bike group, I took the plunge & bought a Moto II. I'm not disappointed. I'used it for a weekend ride, testing it by recording my outward journey, then letting it navigate me home, purposefully going the wrong way a few times. Then a full weekend volunteering over 400+miles. Can't fault the navigation. It can be seen well in all lights, day & night, so I'm pretty happy with it. The only issue I have is occasionally, when I'm recording a ride, it'll stop recording within a few 100 yards, so I have to stop & start it recording again. It also very occasionally loses connection with my phone for a minute or so. If it wasn't for that, I'd have given it 5 stars.

The new Moto II is a huge step up from the original Moto and is a high quality product. I use mine in a Caterham 7 and can recommend it to anyone that needs a small format Sat Nav in their C7
