Good quality for the money, easy to install. I gave 4 stars only for the lack of communication with the customer after I placed the order. I had to send them and email two weeks after and ask about it and even though they weren't able to give me an approximate date. The delivery company called me one day before which was good for me but maybe not ok with others

I was kept informed about my purchase.
Received telephone call the day before delivery giving time to expect it. They were true to their words. Bed delivered by two very pleasant polite young men.
I would recommend this company.

Everything secured for transport, after completing, everything works as should.

Product received was fine but customer service was terrible! No-one answers the phone and no-one called me back when I emailed numerous times to request a callback.
Every time I emailed I received a “standard reply” which was no help whatsoever. You need to look at your customer service as a priority!

The wood used to make the bed is very light. Product looks different in picture. Thats my opinion.
, however there is no point of returning the bed because i had already opened the package and put in use, i don’t think it will last long, I can’t deal with the inconvenience.

I was contacted by the company and they explained to me the delivery time frame which was 11 days, to me it felt so long.

Received my bed, easy to carry and set it up quickly. However I’m really disappointed with the drawers of my bed, so stiff and I can barely open them and when I tried to close it, they jolt so much that I got my fingers trapped inside and struggled to open again since they’re incredibly stiff. The bed is so much cheaper made than I thought.

Bed was all fine once I finally got it however the communication from the company could do with some improvement.
I ordered my bed on the 14th of March where I then received a confirmation of my payment.
After a week I still hadn’t had any other messages or communication from the company about my order or if it had even started to me processed so at this point I was starting to get a little worried.
I also payed with Klarna no I checked on there and Klarna still hadnt took my payment as it was claiming the company hasn’t processed the order yet.
At this point I emailed the company just for an update on my order however did not receive a reply. So I came on here and saw a lot of others was experiencing similar issues and the company was replying to their complaints on here so I thought I’d write my own.
I got a phone call not long after my complaint where I was told my order is coming and had a very patronising customer service assistant who then directed me to delete my review as he can ‘assure’ me that my order is definitely coming, I explained that until I had some confirmation of the order actually being processed and sent to me I will delete it. It was only then that he emailed me with this information then pressed on again at my deleting my review, which I did.
I later that night got my reply on the email I initially sent which I found funny as they care so much about saving face that they are quick to jump for the bad reviews (almost immediately ringing me after I wrote it to get me to delete it) but cannot check their emails that would of saved me having to even write the review at all.
My bed came in 11 working days so it came within the time frame and everything is fine with the bed, as stated my problem lies with the company’s communication, when people are making big purchases like this it would be nice to make sure we are getting emails with updates about our orders as since ordering it on the 14th March I only received the payment confirmation and the email I wouldn’t of got until I asked for it. Then once the courier had the bed I finally got more communication on my delivery but that was because it was a different company and not directly from BedsDivans.

excellent service and really happy chaps who delivered.anyone wanting a bed--go on give them a try. you will not be disappointed

Highly recommend mattress is great and good quality and great value for money would definitely recommend don’t look else where buy here.

The product is good but the delivery time was nearly 3 weeks which is not made clear when purchasing

Received item, happy with the bed

Prior to placing order( March 9th) I confirmed delivery lead time of 3-5 working days over the phone and started getting nervous when I hadn’t been given a delivery slot and couldn’t get through on the phone. It was pure relief when Raja called from bedsdivan to talk me through my issues and managed to confirm a next day delivery slot. He was patient, understanding and worked hard to reassure me and I now have a slot tomorrow evening. Fingers crossed all arrives as planned tomorrow

No bed received complaint lodged with bank for refund. Poor customer service would never use again

Bed not delivered on time regardless of their delivery policy. **When ordering, the order confirmation email stated delivery would be 10th March**

To date (18th March) I have not heard anything other than "I'll get a text when delivery will be arranged".

UPDATE: company contacted me after initial 1 star review, explained they had another 4 working days to deliver (even though my original order had a much earlier date). Bed arrived a day or 2 later. Delivery drivers called a couple hours before delivery to update me. No issues with delivery. Bed does the job for my kids.

I waited 19 days for my delivery and can't say it was a seamless experience, I was extremely frustrated as there were a lot of misconstrued truths. Maybe it is a way some conduct business but it doesn't gel with me.
We eventually received the item and my son was extremely happy with the goods.
The spokesperson has requested that I edit my original review. So while I believe in honesty. I do want it known that while initially frustrated there was a happy ending.

After slow communication, all good 👍.

Great little bed for grandson when he stays ,polite delivery men took bed to room for me very pleased would use this company again.

Excellent service throughout my order. Excellent value for money. The bed was in excellent condition when arrived. The communication regarding delivery was great. I highly recommend this company.
